The diet of the diet six petals consists of six products of different categories. This is not so little, because the list includes almost everything: fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, cereals, dairy products. A detailed menu for each day, the portions are also scheduled, so that you do not have to invent something new.
Fish diet, from which the diet starts six petals, includes fatty and dietary species, for a change - seafood, if the leaner is partial to them. Special culinary wisdom in their preparation is not required. The only thing that is taken into account is that fish should not be fried and strongly salted.
- The daily portion of the finished product is 500 grams.
The menu of the second day consists of a variety of vegetables, fresh or stewed, boiled, baked. They can be combined in all kinds of combinations, the main thing is not to fry them in oil. Prepare soups and salads without oil, with a minimum of salt and spices. New in the diet - fresh juices and smoothies, especially from green fruits.
- The amount of vegetables - up to 1.5kg.
The next day is based on the use of chicken, that is - again protein. An excellent menu is obtained if sirloin meat is boiled in the morning, baked in foil at lunch, and grilled in the evening. Different flavors create the illusion of variety.
- The total weight eaten should not exceed half a pound, plus 200g of broth in which the breast was cooked.
The fourth day is called the cereal day. It does not mean "pecking grains" like a bird; on this day you should saturate your body with healthy carbohydrates, which are no less important than proteins. The cereal diet also includes sprouted seeds, special breads, and kvass, good if homemade.
- For porridge use 200g of dry groats.
Curd day is hard for those who do not like this product. To improve the taste, it is mixed with yogurt, add cinnamon or vanilla. On this day you can drink a cup of milk, at night - kefir.
- The daily portion of cottage cheese is 500g.
The last day is a paradise for lovers of fruit desserts. Fresh, baked, defrosted fruits and berries, salads sprinkled with lemon juice are present on the table. Only too sweet fruits - bananas, grapes - are not recommended. To the usual drinks are added juices of their own preparation, pure and assorted.
- A total of 1.5 kg of fruit is eaten during the day.
This completes the petal "mini-marathon". Drinking regimen is the same on all days: pure water, tea, black coffee occasionally.
Vegetable day menu, vegetable dishes
The second day of the six petals diet is carbohydrate-vegetable. Its task is to restore vitamin reserves and carbohydrate balance. In the diet of the vegetable day - root vegetables, cabbage, zucchini, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers. Practically the whole set, standard for the diet of every family.
- Except for potatoes, which do not fit into the menu of the vegetable day because of the high starch content. Peas and corn are allowed in minimal quantities.
Vegetable dishes are characterized by low calorie content and varying digestibility. The abundance of fiber gives a feeling of satiety and has a positive effect on peristalsis. Water quenches thirst. Vitamin components affect metabolism, support immunity. The most useful fresh vegetables in raw form, preferably grown using ecological technologies or in your own vegetable garden. Total amount - 1.5-2kg.
Thanks to the wide range of this day there is room for the culinary imagination of the slimmer to run wild. In the first place are salads, lightly salted, but without oil. In the second place - stewed, stuffed, stew. But, because of the low calorie content, this day is more difficult to bear than fish. Probably, 2 kg of vegetable food is less nourishing than half a kilo of fatty fish!
Cereal day
The sequence of the diet six petals provides that after the "chicken" comes the cereal day. This is the fourth "petal". Its task is to compensate for trace elements and vegetable proteins. The following foods are allowed:
- munchies;
- cereal;
- nuts and seeds (flaxseeds, for example);
- sprouted grains;
- bran.
The norm of dry product - 200 g (according to other data - 300). The groats are soaked overnight to cook fresh lean porridge in the morning, without milk-oil-sugar. Unsweetened bread kvass is added to the traditional water and tea.
- Sprouted seeds are eaten raw. Take organic raw materials (they are sold in supermarkets), germinate on their own using one of the methods described in the instructions or thematic articles.
Sprouts have tremendous health benefits. During germination, vitamins, antioxidants, enzymes are formed in them, and proteins and carbohydrates take an easily digestible form. It is as if they come to life and multiply their power and benefits for the human body.
An excellent vitamin salad is obtained from buckwheat sprouts, kiwi and pear slices with the addition of homemade yogurt and honey and perga. A small portion of such a dish provides half of the daily norm of minerals, vitamins, enzymes and other biologically active components. Such a breakfast is useful not only during the period of the petal diet, but also at any other time.
Fish day, recipes. What to replace fish with?
A good start is half the battle," says the proverb. Such a start in the Six Petals Diet is a fish day.
Sea fish is well digested, provides the body with useful acids, proteins, trace elements. Shrimp and other seafood are also suitable for this diet.
- The amount of fish that should be eaten by a thin person is 500g. The daily portion is divided into several parts.
Dietary fish recipes recommend taking fresh or more available frozen raw materials, boiled, stewed or baked, but in no case fried. It is also inadmissible to use smoked, salted, dried product containing a lot of salt and spicy additives. During cooking, add a little salt, spicy herbs, but not spicy seasonings.
- Pollock, salmon, mackerel, herring, pink salmon, putassu, trout, hake, tuna, cod, pike may be on the table.
Popular seafood: mussels, shrimp, octopus, squid - this is what they replace fish with, if it is categorically not perceived by the slimmer. Or causes allergies (it can happen).
Dietary meat - chicken, rabbit, turkey - is considered a good substitute for fish. To enrich with iodine, phosphorus, add seaweed to the menu. Do not experiment with such a product as crab sticks. This is not at all dietary and not a protein product, and the first day of the diet is exactly protein. After it should be followed by carbohydrate. And so on.
Chicken Day, recipes
Dietary chicken day fully meets its name. The diet includes only chicken fillet (or turkey as an exception). And only as a last resort, in case of intolerance to these varieties of poultry meat, veal or beef are allowed. This will not be a chicken day, but the essence is not in the name, but in the fact that protein food is used.
- The norm of cooked meat on the third day of the diet six petals - 0.5kg. Raw meat - almost twice as much.
Such a portion is able to supply the body with enough proteins and B vitamins, because the fillet consists almost entirely of proteins. This is important for normal muscle activity. On this day you should drink plenty of water, but do not abuse coffee and teas, so as not to overload the kidneys.
- Someone will think that half a kilo of meat is much better than 2kg of vegetables, albeit different ones. That it is hearty and tasty, and if you drink the broth in which the fillet was cooked, you have both first and second courses.
In fact, any monodiets repel with their monotony. To make the day more fun and varied, experienced people advise to eat not the same boiled dish three times a day, and each time use different recipes from chicken. For example, bake in foil, with seasonings, slightly salted, or grilled, or stewed in a multicooker. With such a menu, the day will seem less boring, and the body will be better prepared for the cereal diet.
Fruit day
For dessert, as in any menu, there is a fruit day. It would seem that there is not much fruit, everyone loves them, so the sixth day of the diet six petals should please all those who want to lose weight, and the body is enriched with vitamins, organic acids, fiber, antioxidant components. And the effectiveness is due to the fact that due to the low calorie content of fruits, metabolism is actively accelerated.
During the day eat several types of fruits, total weight up to 1.5 kg. For this purpose, a kilogram and a half of fresh and dried fruits and berries should be prepared in advance. Apples, pomegranates, kiwi, citrus, pears, watermelons, all kinds of berries growing in our region are suitable. It is better if they are seasonal products.
- The abundance of juice in plant foods does not exempt us from the need to drink. Herbal infusions, green tea without sugar are the best we can offer our body.
Fruit is not only eaten raw: apples and pears should be baked in foil or grilled. It is tasty and good for digestion. And if you remove the core and fill it with raisins, you will get a real gourmet dessert.
Green apples can also be grated and mashed. For snacking, it is good to prepare smoothies, half and half with water. Fresh compotes are also needed. Cinnamon, vanillin are the best seasonings for fruit dishes and drinks.
For all the appeal of the diet, not everyone finds this day easy. It happens that the breakdown is closer than ever. If willpower prevails, the next day you can summarize the results and carefully exit the diet.
Cottage cheese day
The fifth, cottage cheese day is the last of the protein monodiet. In addition to amino acids and trace elements, lactic acid products supply the body with microorganisms necessary for the smooth functioning of the digestive organs. The daily norm of non-fat cottage cheese, other lactic acid products in the diet six petals - 500g.
- Yogurt, tofu, egg, cheeses like feta - all these products are allowed on cottage cheese day. Milk is allowed if the body accepts it
They will diversify the menu and prevent cottage cheese binge eating. When adding these products, it is necessary to make a recalculation and proportionally reduce the volume of cottage cheese.
You can buy cottage cheese, or you can prepare it yourself. The traditional dish with homemade sour cream, dried fruits, sugar or jam can in no way be called dietary, so let's postpone it until better times. Dietary use of cottage cheese involves the addition of spicy components - spicy herbs, garlic, pepper. If you want dessert, cottage cheese is mixed with fresh berries: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries.
If you have a yogurt maker, it is very easy to make homemade yogurt without preservatives, flavorings, sweet additives. The homemade product is many times healthier, it is guaranteed fresh and high quality. Special starter is used for preparation, and you can add your favorite berries to the finished yogurt.
Snacking on the 6 petals diet
If you can do without, snacks in the diet 6 petals are not necessary. However, many thinners can not do without snacks and supplements, especially on calorie-poor days. In this case, recommendations for different diet days are ready.
So, the cottage cheese day of the diet six petals can be diversified with kefir snacks, in general up to one and a half servings. A glass of milk is also suitable. On the vegetable day, a little vegetable oil is added to salads, and for a snack choose a fresh juice or smoothie. The same is prepared from fruits and berries on the last day of the diet. The volume of drinks - up to 400ml.
- Other healthy drinks are also considered as snacks. In addition to water, green tea is recommended, up to 4 cups per day, and no more than one serving of coffee. All drinks are sugar-free and free of flavorings.
If we divide the daily portions into 6-7 parts, the snacks are food prepared according to the recipes of the main dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just the method of cooking changes: instead of boiling - stewing or baking, grilling or steaming. Hunger in this mode is almost never felt.
Recipes
Healthy cooking methods are the foundation of all weight loss techniques, especially the six petal diet. It excludes such favorite cooking techniques as frying, smoking, salting, pickling, canning.
- The recipes for the dishes recommended by the diet do not require any special culinary talents, since cooking in a pot or multicooker is quite simple.
On the first day any fish, preferably sea fish, is on the table. It contains special useful fats that are absent in freshwater fish. For a whole day you need half a kilogram of cooked product. Fish is boiled or baked, with the addition of a small dose of salt and natural spices. Suitable and ear, but without potatoes.
The second day is on vegetables. Salads are prepared from salad, in various combinations, with a minimum of oil. Beets, cabbage, peppers, eggplants are stewed. Beets are boiled, grated and dressed with oil. Possible additions of garlic, stewed onions. Many people like grilled vegetables.
Chicken Day suggests eating 0.5kg of cooked fillet - cooked, baked in foil or grilled. Salt and natural spices are used to improve the flavor.
The cereal menu of the next day is more varied than the previous day. Various cereals, bran, breads, nuts should enrich the body with complex carbohydrates.
- To "make porridge" for the whole day, take 200 g of dry cereals, rinse and soak, cook until ready, depending on the type of cereal.
The cottage cheese diet is varied but monotonous. Milk, cottage cheese, kefirs-yogurts and even eggs - it is better if it is homemade or guaranteed quality products. The daily portion is 500g.
The fruit diet is as varied as possible: everything that is not forbidden is allowed (grapes, bananas, persimmons, dates are considered too sweet for dietary use). Appropriate all sorts of berries, their share - about a fifth of the total mass of fruit 1.5 kg. Recipes are also simple: salads, desserts, freeshes, smoothies, purees without sweetening, cream or sour cream.
Vinaigrette
On the vegetable day of the diet six petals, in addition to salads, stewed, boiled, baked dishes are prepared. Because fresh salads do not satiate much and survive the day becomes difficult, especially if you have to work. Vegetable vinaigrette is a relatively hearty dish. It contains a maximum of useful ingredients, each of which is rich in a variety of substances necessary for the full functioning of the body.
- There is even a separate vinaigrette diet.
Vegetables contain slow carbohydrates, which require energy to digest. The energy is taken from the body's own stores - the problem areas where fatty tissues are concentrated. Using its own energy, the body loses weight. And the abundance of fiber stimulates peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract.
Vinaigrette is prepared as follows. Boiled (but not overcooked) carrots, potatoes, beets cut into cubes. Add cooked (or canned) beans, cooked sauerkraut, cut sour cucumbers and onions. Mix everything together, lightly watered with sunflower oil for better absorption of nutrients (lightly because remember: vinaigrette dietary!).
It tastes better if the vegetables are cut finely. Who likes a colored dish, can immediately add beets to the rest of the products. If to taste a vinaigrette in which all ingredients retain their natural color, then beets are poured with oil separately and mixed at the last moment. Then the red vegetable will not immediately give its color to "colleagues".
