Oganyan's method involves taking herbal decoction every hour. The maximum daily dose is 2 liters. If the famine does not release, the broth is replaced with freshly diluted fruit and vegetable juices in an amount not exceeding 3 cups.

Doctor Ohanyan recommends starting the starvation again with one-day procedures, gradually increasing the number of days to 21. Cleansing procedures for patients with peptic ulcer, she recommends doing not with saline solution, but with castor oil or senna decoction.

One-day starvation on the water is a gentle way to spend unloading days, which helps to prepare for a more effective procedure - daily fasting with complete refusal of food and water. A dry one-day fasting is recommended to practice only after the body learned to tolerate hunger when refusing only food, but not water. That is, his dependence on food has somewhat decreased.

In principle, there is practically no difference between the procedures and the withdrawal from them. Dry fasting is considered more effective, because it allows to fully relax the gastrointestinal tract.

To be afraid of dry fasting and the more so fasting on the water is not necessary.
