How does smoking affect the need for vitamins?

Smoking and vitamins: who is whom?

This milk, bread with sausage, coffee, sour cream and cottage cheese, combined, ice cream. If you eat these foods for a long time, the concentration of nicotinic acid decreases in the body, and the person needs it more than before. Then it is taken for the easiest way to get a vitamin PP - smoking.
How to reduce the need for smoking?
You need to get enough nicotinic acid, but not from cigarettes, but from other sources. You can not immediately quit smoking - a person will start breaking and he will still smoke to satisfy his need for nicotine. Otherwise, he will have an avitaminosis, which should still be treated.
