Diet Malysheva: what is the essence?
Products with vegetable and animal fats in the Malysheva diet are almost taboo. They need to use a minimum.

Rule number 1 - you can not starve

Rule number 2 - fractional, but frequent meals

Rule number 3 - count calories
The minimum low-calorie diet for Malysheva for a healthy person with an average physical activity is 1200 Kcal per day. Below this threshold can not be lowered - the body will not get enough calories and will be depleted.
If you are actively moving during the day or working intellectually - consult your dietitian about caloric intake per day. You may need to increase the calorie rate.
Rule number 4 - talk to your body
The principle of the diet for Malysheva is also to give the body an installation while eating. When you take a light salad as a food, say to yourself: "I'm full, and my next meal of a delicious meal will be at 12.00" - or at a time when you are planning.
So you'll be easier to carry unusually small portions or a calorie-easy diet.
Rule number 5 - lose weight gradually, but effectively
