The brain will constantly argue with your bold choice to go on a diet. It will constantly demand "forbidden fruit". Most likely, you will break the diet and start eating what is forbidden. And this is not strange - we are all human.
In ordinary human life, things like potatoes, apples, or cookies that you never liked before simply fly by. These cookies will seem like the most delicious cookies to you. And that's not strange.
Where do people with a sweet tooth come from?
Why do you think so many girls and women adore sweets? Their diets, which they had been following before, helped them. That's where such a manic passion for cakes, chocolate and candies comes from: with liqueur, nuts, fudge or other insanely delicious fillings.

On the other hand, the downside of low-carb diets is that you have to do everything quickly. Lose weight quickly and go through the distance on the way to losing weight (regime) for a short time. Then your body will not feel a big blow, as a result of a low-carb diet.
What will salt-free diets please us with?
Everything is very simple here. Salt does not lead to weight loss at all. The thing is that its absence burns the liquid in your body, due to which you lose excess weight. Fat from such diets will not become much less.
Here's another downside to such diets. If you return to your usual eating schedule with regular meals, your weight will definitely return. And the lost fluid will enter the body in liters.
