People with the second blood group are characterized by a digestive system that is less inclined to digest animal proteins than other groups. Only the fourth blood group is similar in this property. Its representatives have low acidity, which is why some foods are poorly digested, especially those with a coarse structure. What other features of the diet for people with the second blood group?
Blood group 2: dietary features
Meat and milk
Such people digest and assimilate meat much worse than, say, representatives of the first blood group - meat eaters by nature. Therefore, the protein in meat in people with the second blood group is broken down much longer.
Nutrients enter the body much more slowly, and their excess is deposited as fat deposits. Therefore, people with the second blood group often experience unpleasant sensations in the stomach.
In order not to increase them, you should not include a lot of dairy and meat products in your diet. Oddly enough, but in people with the second blood group they can cause intoxication of the body or allergic reactions.
If representatives of the second blood group want dairy products, it is worth buying low-fat products. For example, kefir, sour cream, yogurts and zero-fat milk.
Soy instead of meat
But what about the protein we get from animal products? We need a source of energy, right? It can be replaced with plant protein. For people with the second blood group, an excellent source is soy and soy products. If you replace meat with soy, it will be perfectly absorbed and digested, and you will lose weight, not gain weight.
And you won’t complain about digestion – your gastrointestinal tract will work like clockwork.
Soy is also good because vegetarianism is not as difficult for people with the third blood group as meat. Plant-based dishes - salads, vegetables, fruits - are easily perceived by representatives of the third blood group. For more stable functioning of the nervous system and stronger immunity, along with plants, you should also include in your diet different types of nuts, as well as seeds and cereals.
Then you can go without meat for quite a long time, and if you want, give it up altogether.
Fish
It is also well absorbed. Fish of different types (but not all) is good in the diet - it will provide the opportunity to receive nutrients, easily digestible fats. However, people with the second blood group should not include fish dishes in the diet every day, but at least every 2 days - this will not burden the work of the gastrointestinal tract.
Vegetables and fruits
Do you like vegetables and fruits? Great. They improve the functioning of the digestive tract and saturate the body with vitamins. But people with the second blood group should limit tomatoes in the menu.
Lectins (protein substances) in their composition can provoke dysbacteriosis or inflammation of internal organs if tomatoes are overused. Salad peppers, as well as cabbage of any kind, are also not recommended. This is coarse fiber, which brings more harm than good to representatives of the second blood group.
What else is better to exclude from the menu?
Tangerines, oranges and bananas are not recommended.
