Diet for chronic prostatitis

The symptoms of the disease in question, which is in a chronic form, differ somewhat from the acute stage:

  • The pain symptoms are not pulsating, as in acute prostatitis, but aching, localized in the perineum, but radiating to the sacrum and genitourinary system.
  • Difficulty urinating appears.
  • Itching appears in the genital area.
  • Decreased libido.
  • As the disease progresses, impotence occurs.

The diet for chronic prostatitis is both therapeutic and preventive. Against the background of physical and motor activity, a man's life significantly improves its quality, and the disease moves into a plane of stable remission.

If acute prostatitis cannot be stopped within three months, the disease becomes chronic. You should also eliminate all fatty foods from your diet. After all, fat cells lead to the formation of cholesterol plaques, which are not eliminated from the human body, but accumulate on the walls of blood vessels, which leads to deterioration of blood flow and blockage of blood vessels. Method of preparation:

Separate the fillet from the bones, rinse and dry with a kitchen towel. Prepare the marinade by mixing vegetable oil, salt, and breadcrumbs. Stir. Add chopped dill. Rub the pink salmon with this mixture. Put sliced lemon on top.

Transfer the fish to a greased baking tray. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. This is enough time for the fish to cook.

Veal brisket with meat

Compound:

  • Meat – 100 – 150 g

Curd pudding

Compound:

Method of preparation:

Boil buckwheat until fully cooked, taking water in a ratio of one part of buckwheat to two parts of water. Add salt.

Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and lightly fry the onion cut into half rings. Add the washed and quartered champignons. Lightly fry. Cut the tomato into small slices and add to the sauté, add pepper and salt. Simmer over low heat. Add ready buckwheat porridge and chopped greens to the prepared marinade. Vegetable stew

This dish is prepared in the classic way, that is, any vegetables that a person likes are taken (the only exception is cabbage and other products that are prohibited).

Vegetables should be cut into cubes. We begin to stew, taking into account the speed of cooking of each product (in reverse order). For example, first you should stew carrots and leeks a little, and only then add potatoes. Eggplants, squash and zucchini are added to the stew after potatoes.

The cooking process is carried out on low heat, pouring a small amount of water into the vegetables (but enough so that they are stewed, not fried) and vegetable oil, and also lightly adding salt and pepper.

At the very end of cooking, you can add tomatoes and bell peppers.

Apples baked with currants

Compound:

  • Apple - two
  • Blackcurrant berries (fresh or frozen) - glass
  • A little sugar and powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

Wash the fruit, divide it into two halves crosswise. Carefully remove the core with a sharp knife.

Separately, sprinkle the currants with sugar and mix. Fill the apple halves with berries and sugar and place in a baking dish.

Place the form in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool slightly. Sprinkle the warm dish with powdered sugar.

What can you eat if you have prostatitis?

To prevent any misinterpretations and misunderstandings, we should dwell in more detail on the question of what can you eat with prostatitis?

These products are not only allowed for inflammation of the prostate gland, but are also included in the list of necessary ones, since the body must receive a full daily level of all nutrients necessary for its normal functioning.

  • Animal protein is essential in the diet of such a patient.
    • But it is advisable to focus on white poultry meat (for example, chicken); from red varieties, venison is ideal, but if it is not available, it can be easily replaced by lean pork, veal, or lamb.
    • Low-fat, unsalted cheeses.
    • Seafood. This includes fatty sea fish.
    • Do not forget about fermented milk products. Milk - it can be consumed throughout the day. Ryazhenka, sour milk, kefir, low-fat cottage cheese, ayran - products that are allowed to be consumed both for breakfast and immediately before bed. The listed products do not contribute to the rapid filling of the colon and bladder.   • You can't do without fats, but it should be immediately stipulated that their volume should be significantly limited. What should you not eat if you have prostatitis?

But there are also foods that should be completely eliminated from your diet, or the percentage of their consumption should be reduced, those foods that stimulate further development of the pathology and prevent its effective relief. So what should you not eat with prostatitis? What foods should be limited:

  • Reduce the amount of salt in your diet.
  • Hot spices, as they irritate the mucous membrane of the digestive organs, and through them the prostate.
  • Minimize consumption of smoked, salted and dried foods.
  • Remove fat, fatty meat, fatty fish and dishes based on them from your diet. This is due to cholesterol plaques and a decrease in the normal rate of blood circulation in the prostate gland.
  • Ready-made products that we buy in supermarkets, which contain a lot of “E”: preservatives, emulsifiers, sweeteners, stabilizers, colorants, flavor enhancers.
