Recipes
Many recipes include boiled or baked beets, so you need to know how to prepare them. First, the fruit is well washed, but not cleaned, put in a pot, pour water and put to boil. - boil the beet peeled, remove it from the water, grate it on a coarse grater and bring it back, adding lemon juice. Patients with low acidity can drink beet juice: grate the raw vegetable on a fine grater, squeeze the juice through gauze, put in the refrigerator for an hour.
