Today, plasma lifting for hair is the most effective method, since it affects the skin in a complex way. Collagen, fibroblasts, hyaluronic acid - all these elements begin to be actively produced thanks to the injection.
Plasmolifting is a unique modern means that promotes rejuvenation without the use of a surgical method. It is focused on stimulating tissue renewal in a completely natural way. The whole essence of its effect lies in the restorative nature of plasma, which is contained in human blood. It is rich in platelets. Injections of this plasma are made to the patient directly in those places on the skin where certain problems exist. After the invention of this method, it began to be used in such areas of medicine as dentistry and surgery, as it contributed to the rapid healing of wounds, and also stimulated the body's resistance to various diseases and improved metabolism. Over time, Russian doctors realized the effectiveness of using plasma therapy in another branch of medicine - aesthetics. In this sense, they confirmed the fact that thanks to human blood itself, it is possible to fight the aging processes of the skin.
Indications for hair plasma lifting
Doctors in the field of aesthetic medicine or cosmetology recommend plasma lifting to people who have already experienced the first age-related changes in their skin.
If the skin is dry, noticeably dehydrated, and also flaky, then plasma therapy should be used. Oily scalp and dandruff (seborrhea) are also signals that the situation needs to be corrected somehow. Brittle, weak hair, split ends are another reason to see a cosmetologist for plasma lifting. This is especially recommended for those people who have noticed that their hair thickness and quality have clearly deteriorated, as well as if their hair has begun to fall out actively, which occurs with focal, diffuse, androgenic alopecia, after childbirth or severe stress. All this can be treated and corrected with plasma therapy. The result can be seen after the first procedure, and to get rid of the symptoms completely, you need to undergo a full course of treatment.
Preparation for hair plasma lifting
If a person needs to undergo plasma lifting, then before this procedure itself, he must perform several simple procedures. First, bring a blood test that was done no more than a month ago. He also needs to undergo a full examination at the clinic to find out the general state of health. This is very important because not everyone can undergo plasma therapy.
People who suffer from diseases such as hepatitis B and C, chronic liver disease, infectious diseases and immune system disorders (HIV, for example), skin inflammation, especially in the areas where the injection is to be administered, who are allergic to some of the elements included in the injection, who have certain mental illnesses, cannot undergo this procedure.
Before plasma lifting, the patient must be given full information about the possible results of the procedure and the dangers that may be inherent in it. If the person has no contraindications and agrees with everything, then the cosmetologists proceed directly to the procedure itself.
The harm of plasma hair lifting
As for plasma lifting for hair, it is not harmful. The only thing is that during the procedure the patient may feel pain, and, of course, in the place where the injection was made, the skin may become slightly red or swell. But within two days it will disappear.
Compared to mesotherapy, where different elements were carefully selected, but still no one could guarantee the result of the procedure due to ignorance of how the body would react to these elements, with the advent of plasma lifting, this problem has disappeared. After all, the patient is injected with his own blood plasma. It is this nuance that makes plasma therapy absolutely safe for the patient's health. Moreover, it is hypoallergenic. But this does not apply to those cases where there are contraindications (hepatitis B and C, infectious diseases, liver and immune system diseases, including HIV, diabetes, pregnancy and lactation, as well as an allergy to the elements that are part of the injection). Therefore, before plasma lifting, the patient must undergo a full examination in the clinic. One danger still exists for everyone - this is the possibility of getting infected while you are donating blood from a vein. Therefore, for such a procedure, it is better to choose a licensed medical institution.
Where do they do plasma lifting of hair?
Today, hair plasma lifting is performed in various cosmetology centers. Since this therapy was discovered and applied in Russia, then, consequently, large Russian cities are the places where you can undergo this procedure. These are St. Petersburg, Perm, Chelyabinsk, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk and others. But still, the discovery of this non-surgical method occurred in Moscow, thanks to the doctor, professor Akhmerov Renat Rashitovich, who still performs plasma therapy himself. Doctor Korolkov also does the same in his clinic. Capital beauty salons can also offer their clients this procedure, only the prices are different in all cases. Hair plasma lifting is also performed by cosmetologists of the clinic that specializes in aesthetic medicine and cosmetology Telo's Beauty. There they offer not only the Russian method of plasma therapy, but also the Swiss one (called neoplasmomodeling ACR). As we can see, the choice of places where plasma lifting is performed is huge, but it is still better to give preference to medical institutions that are licensed in order to protect yourself from infection when donating blood for injection.
Today, the following clinics and centers offer the plasma lifting service for hair: the Center for Healthy Esthetology (Kyiv, Elektrikov Street), the Litus Clinic (Kyiv, L. Tolstoy Street), the Laser House Laser Cosmetology Center (Kyiv, Kharkov, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Odessa, Lviv, Krivoy Rog); the Center for Plastic Surgery (Kyiv, Zoologicheskaya Street), the Medissa Center (Kyiv, Kontraktova Square), the El. En. Laser Technology Clinic (Kiev, Shota Rustaveli Street), the Oxford Medical Clinic (Kyiv, Krivoy Rog, Khmelnitsky, Odessa, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Kherson, Ivano-Frankivsk); Private cosmetology "Veslava" (Dnepropetrovsk).
Hair plasma lifting procedure
The plasma lifting procedure itself is simple, convenient for both the patient and the cosmetologist. It must be carried out on an outpatient basis. It takes less than 1 hour. It all starts with the patient donating his blood into a special test tube. There is not much blood – somewhere around 15 ml.
A centrifuge is a device in which this test tube with blood is placed in order to clean it from red blood cells and white blood cells, but at the same time, to increase the percentage of platelets. Plasma is enriched with platelets and injected into the scalp, into the areas that require treatment. As a reflection of this, new collagen begins to be produced. This activates local immunity and oxygen supply, which improves the structure of the skin itself, and at the same time relieves inflammation and inhibits the proliferation of bacteria that cause diseases.
During the injection, the patient may feel some pain, and after the injection, the skin may become red or swell, but this will pass in a maximum of two days.
Contraindications to hair plasma lifting
Since plasma therapy has a complex effect, and the main substance it interacts with is blood, doctors contraindicate hair plasma lifting in case of blood disease or if the patient suffers from diseases such as viral hepatitis B and C. Contraindications are also liver diseases, especially chronic ones. A person who suffers from diabetes is also prohibited from undergoing this procedure. In addition, in case of immune system disorders (especially HIV) and various infectious diseases, they will also not be allowed to make an injection.
Plasmotherapy is contraindicated during pregnancy, as well as during the entire period of breastfeeding. If the skin is inflamed (this applies, in particular, to those places where the injection is planned) or the person has a temperature, then plasma lifting cannot be used. It is also undesirable when taking anticoagulants or if the patient does not tolerate heparin. Even mental illnesses can become a contraindication to the use of this therapy.

Price of plasma lifting for hair
Prices for plasma lifting are completely different. Everything depends on where you want to do it, who, how many consumables are needed for this, what type of equipment will be used for the treatment manipulations and the methods of exposure. Not the least role in influencing the cost of the procedure is played by the way the plasma therapy will be carried out (it can be enriched or unenriched). It is clear that the cost of enriched plasma lifting is significantly higher. If you want to undergo plasma therapy with its founder - Professor Renat Rashitovich Akhmerov, then one procedure will cost 12,000 rubles, and with Dr. Korolkov (works in this very clinic) this cost is 8,500 rubles.
Other beauty centers and salons will offer, for comparison, three procedures for 9,000-10,000 rubles. Everything also depends on how many procedures you need to undergo in order for the effect to be maximum and final. For some, it should be at least four procedures, and for others - only two.
Interestingly, many centers and clinics that do plasma lifting offer discounts not only for clients who visit them regularly, but also for those who need more than two procedures. The average cost range in such places is 8,000-22,000 rubles.
Reviews of plasma lifting for hair
If we talk about opinions regarding the benefits and effectiveness of plasma lifting for hair, then among experts there are both positive and neutral ones. But there is no such thing as someone speaking negatively or extremely negatively about this method. For example, a well-known plastic surgeon who heads the department of plastic surgery and cosmetology at the Russian State University, I. E. Khrustaleva, considers plasma therapy a modern fashionable method, which is also quite simple. At the same time, the procedure is relatively inexpensive, considering its result. But you only need to have the appropriate equipment.
The result largely depends on how many sessions a person has undergone, but the effectiveness is also affected by what elements are added to the test tube along with the plasma. All plasma lifting procedures may look approximately the same, but the effect will be different. This can be explained by the fact that there is no single method for conducting plasma therapy, which, moreover, would also be approved by the Ministry of Health. This is, in principle, good in that if cosmetologists or doctors who perform the procedure maintain the necessary sterility, the procedure itself will not cause any harm, the only question here is whether it will be beneficial. Women who have undergone plasma therapy note that the result is noticeable, but the price is sometimes too high.
