Laser baromassage - a universal tool for increasing toneskin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles, normalization of sebaceous gland activity, smoothing and reducing the depth of wrinkles.
The procedures are performed using the laser devices "SHUTTLE" and "SHUTTLE-COMBI", "AL-010", "Mustang" and others, as well as a set of cosmetology barolaser attachments. Before the laser therapy procedure, the skin is cleaned, and if necessary, deep peeling and micropolishing are performed. After preparing the skin, they proceed directly to the laser procedure, which includes "tracing" the bottom of deep wrinkles, laser baromassage, and "smoothing" of wrinkles. An acupuncture attachment is connected to the device and in the 5 mW radiation mode, using the contact, labile technique, "tracing" the bottom of deep wrinkles is performed. A power density of 250 mW/cm2 is created at the end of the acupuncture attachment . The cutting speed is 1 cm/sec. The total exposure time is up to 10 min.
Laser barom sage can be performed as a mono-procedure, as well as in combination with the application of masks or creams to the skin. In this case, the effectiveness of the effect is increased by laser photophoresis of bioactive substances contained in the compositions applied to the skin.
Next, proceed to laser baromassage. The necessary barovacuum attachment is connected to the emitter. The output power of the radiation is 20 mW; the degree of vacuum required for the procedure is set, at which the patient does not experience any unpleasant sensations, the skin is not stretched, but at the same time a clear convex fold should form under the vacuum attachment. A laser radiation power density of 5-10 mW/cm 2 is created under the attachment.
The massage is performed in the directions of traditional massage movements:
- forehead
- from the eyebrows to the scalp;
- from the left temple to the right and from the right to the left;
- cheeks
- from the middle of the upper lip to the nose;
- from the bridge of the nose to the temples;
- chin - from the middle of the chin to the ears;
- neck - from bottom to top towards the submandibular lymph nodes;
- cleavage area
- from the mammary glands to the midline of the chest;
- from the midline of the chest upwards to the jugular notch;
- from the midline of the chest along the collarbones to the shoulders (avoiding the mammary glands);
- down the shoulders to the axillary lymph nodes.
Total time of procedures: face massage - 10 min; neck massage - 10 min;
Massage of the décolleté area - 15 min. Each movement must be performed at least 5 times. The speed of movement of the nozzle on the skin is 1 cm/s. A sign of the effectiveness of the procedure is persistent hyperemia of the massaged areas of the skin.
After the facial massage, local laser baromassage is performed - "smoothing" of wrinkles. Small attachments with round or slotted nozzles are used for this. The attachment with a round nozzle, which creates a more intense effect (nozzle diameter - 3 mm, working area of the nozzle - 0.07 cm 2, the radiation power flux density at the laser output power of 20 mW taking into account the attenuation coefficient of the attachment is 65 mW/cm 2 ), is used for local massage of deep, sharp wrinkles (forehead, nasolabial folds, chin, neck). The attachment with a slit nozzle (the working area of the nozzle is 0.15 cm2 , the radiation power flux density at a laser output power of 20 mW, taking into account the attenuation coefficient of the attachment, is 30 mW/cm2 ) has a softer effect, which allows it to be effectively used to smooth out the wrinkle mesh on thin and delicate skin in the eye socket and temple area. The vacuum level when working with a slit nozzle is selected individually depending on the skin condition.
Each wrinkle is “ironed” 4-5 times at a speed of 1 cm/sec. The total procedure time is 8-10 minutes.
At the end of the procedure, it is recommended to repeat the facial massage using the large attachment for 3-5 minutes.
At the end of the procedure, the skin is cleaned of any remaining cream or mask. To enhance the effect of laser massage and tighten the skin, astringent and toning masks can be used after the procedure. The procedures are carried out every other day or every 2 days, the course consists of 10-15 procedures.
