Exercises to tighten facial muscles

We often look with envy at the toned figures of athletes, young people working out in gyms - their stomachs don't hang down, and the muscles on their arms and legs are clearly visible. But this doesn't just happen to them, there is hard work behind it. The human face also consists of muscles, and in order for it to be beautiful and elastic, cosmetics and procedures alone are not enough, the muscles need to be trained. And for this, you need to know their anatomy and exercises for tightening the facial muscles.
Gymnastics for face lifting
The facial muscles have a significant impact on the relief of the skin. On one side, they are attached to the bone, and on the other - to nearby muscles or skin. Reacting to various emotions: joy, laughter, anger, irritation, as well as temperature irritants, smells, sounds, they contract, setting the skin of the face in motion. This leads to the formation of wrinkles, its excessive stretching. Daily gymnastics for a face lift for 5-10 minutes will not give an immediate effect, but will increase muscle tone, strengthen them, increase skin tension, give clarity to the oval line of the face, contribute to the accumulation of collagen and protein, responsible for the elasticity of the skin.
It is advisable to start the gymnastics with warming up the muscles, for this you need to pronounce the vowels "a", "e", "o", "i" until a wave of heat goes across the face. And the exercises themselves:
- sit on a chair, tilt your head back as much as possible, stick out your lip and stretch it upwards for 5-10 seconds, relax. Repeat 3 times;
- wrap your arms around yourself, pull your head up as far as possible, take a deep breath, hold it for 10-15 seconds, exhale and return to the starting position;
- straining, lower the corners of your lips until you feel tired;
- squeeze the pencil with your lips and write numbers and letters in the air, do this for 3 minutes, and then repeat after a rest;
- stretch your temple toward your shoulder and at the same time resist the movement with your palm. Hold your head on each side for 10 seconds;
- Place your palms on your cheeks so that your ears are between your thumb and index finger, puff out your cheeks while resisting with your palm. Repeat the exercise 6 times;
- open your mouth, pull your lips inward, push your chin forward and tense the muscles, resist with your index finger, then relax, and do this 10 times;
- To strengthen the hyoid and jaw muscles, press your fists under the resisting chin. At this time, the mouth is open, the tongue presses under the lower row of teeth and tenses. The duration of the exercise is 10 seconds, repeat up to 10 times.
The most important thing is that exercises for a facelift are carried out regularly, then, in combination with proper care for it with the help of cosmetics, diligence will be rewarded, and signs of aging will be postponed to a later date.
Yoga for Facelift
The concept of "yoga" includes not only physical exercises, but also the ability to immerse yourself in a special state of mind that brings harmony to the human soul. Yoga for a facelift is not equivalent to gymnastics, it involves relaxation, calming down, relaxation, and mental balance. A yoga session includes meditation, massage, awareness of your own "I", relaxation. Classes stimulate collagen production, strengthen facial muscles, teach you to control your emotions, which allows you to reduce expression wrinkles and relieve muscle tension. A quarter of an hour every day will give a noticeable result in 2-3 weeks. To improve the oval line of the face, there are such exercises:
- fold your lips as if for a kiss, stretch them forward and hold this position for a few seconds;
- take a deep breath and roll it around in your mouth.
Facial muscles will be strengthened by:
- the thumb rests on the brow ridge, the index finger above the eyebrow. Press them and try to open the eyes wider;
- support your chin with your hands, press down, and at the same time try to turn your head to the sides and forward;
- pat your cheeks and chin with your palms until they turn red.

Wiggle your ears to lift your face
Experts say that an effective exercise for lifting the face is wiggling the ears. This way the tendon helmet is stretched, and with it the skin of the face. For the sake of beauty, you will have to learn how to do this. The first method: put on glasses that slide off the bridge of the nose, and you need to try to lift their temples into place with your ears. If you still can’t do this, then you should press your ears to your head with your fingers and push them in the direction of the location of the muscles, and there are three of them: located from the front of the ear to the eye, from its top up, behind the ear to the side.
Facelift "Revitonika"
The method of facial correction "revitonika" is considered an equivalent replacement for plastic surgery. It is based on the correction of facial and body muscles using special manipulations and regular exercises. It starts the mechanism of body rejuvenation, restores its impaired functions by removing muscle clamps from the chewing and facial muscles, activating blood circulation, removing excess fluid from the intercellular space from the tissues of the face and neck. Exercises and knowledge are aimed at eliminating fine wrinkles on a young face and restoring it in old age. The "revitonika" method uses osteopathic principles based on palpation of the cervical spine and face. Improving its contours, "revitonika" has a beneficial effect on the general well-being of a person: blood pressure decreases, headaches go away, vision becomes sharper. In essence, it starts the processes of self-regeneration and self-healing. Only a professional can perform the osteopathic facelift "revitonika" and it is not cheap, but the result will be a clear jaw line, sagging will go away, the double chin will be reduced, and a real rejuvenating effect will appear.
Facelift with Energy Exercises
Energy exercises for face lifting are done every morning in bed after waking up. They should be started lying on your back with your eyes closed, rubbing your palms together, as they contain powerful energy centers. After you feel warmth and tingling in them, bring your hands to your face and without touching move them in the direction of the massage lines: from the chin to the temples, behind the ears, the neck from the base to the chin, while meditating, mentally imagining that the skin is being tightened. Repeat the movements for at least 2 minutes. Then put your hands on your hair and, pressing it to your head, let it come together at the back of your head, as if you were tying a knot. Just a few minutes of time will provide an invaluable service for the condition of your facial skin.
Another set of energy exercises, called "ancient Slavic massage", consists of the following actions:
- on a clean face, on the point above the bridge of the nose, place the middle finger, lightly tap and make movements in the form of concentrated circles, expanding the amplitude to the hair roots. And so 7 times or more;
- from the same point, using both middle fingers, draw rays in different directions: horizontally, vertically and diagonally;
- using four fingers of both hands, slide across the forehead in different directions to the roots of the hair, pressing slightly on the head at the end;
- from the tip of the nose, the middle fingers run along it, eyebrows, pressing slightly at the temples;
- draw a diamond around the eyes: from the inner corner of the eyes to the middle of the eyebrows, then down to the outer corner, down under the middle of the eye and to the starting position;
- make circular movements around the perimeter of the orbital bone;
- press your palms on your cheekbones;
- take the lips between the thumb and index finger of both hands and move them from the center to the sides;
- In the same way, grasp the chin, directing the movements along the oval of the face.
Osteopathic facelift
Osteopathic facelift was mentioned above, but to make it clearer, let's dwell on it in more detail. This technique involves not only the effect on the face, but also harmonization and alignment of the entire body, because the face is a mirror of its condition: dry skin requires restoration of normal blood circulation, acne and rashes - improved digestion, elimination of intoxication, dull complexion - removing tension in the cervical vertebrae. The osteopath's actions are manipulations with the spine, skull, pelvis, face for 30-40 minutes. After the first session, expression wrinkles are smoothed out, the skin is filled with light, the eyes shine. To obtain a sustainable result, 10-12 sessions are required every 3-4 days, then correction every two weeks.
