Desincrustation is a procedure of saponification of fatty acids of sebum under the influence of direct (galvanic) electric current and desincrustation lotion.

As a result of desincrustation, the fatty comedone turns into soap and is easily washed out of the pores. The main work on saponification of comedones is carried out by direct current. Opening of pores, saponification of sebum secretion, loosening of skin, strengthening of microcirculation, increase of vascular permeability and intensity of cellular exchange, alkalization - this is the action of the negative electrode during galvanization.

The desincrustation solution complements the action of the current and is a conductive medium.

Methodology for carrying out desincrustation

  1. Skin cleansing: make-up remover, milk, tonic. You can additionally use mechanical or enzymatic peeling (chemical peelings are incompatible with the electrical procedure).
  2. Desincrustation: working with a negative electrode on a desincrustation solution on the skin surface, softening fat plugs, opening pores, saponification of comedones and excess sebum.
  3. Cleansing the skin from saponification products (with a large amount of water) and toning the skin to restore pH.
  4. If necessary, desincrustation can be completed with mechanical or vacuum cleaning, a mask for the appropriate skin type.
  5. Working with a positive electrode: closing pores, restoring acid-base balance. It is possible to additionally use the introduction of medicinal, active components from the positive pole.
  6. Mask, finishing cream.

The procedure is performed using a labile technique. A desincrustant is applied to the skin of the face and the skin is treated with sliding movements of the (-) electrode ((+) - in the patient's hand) along massage lines. As a result, under the action of direct current and a solution containing electrolytes, a normal reaction of sebum saponification occurs (the fatty comedone turns into soap), which is then easily washed off the surface of the skin and the terminal sections of the pores.

As a rule, the entire face is subjected to desincrustation, with an emphasis on areas of oily skin (the so-called T-zone) - forehead, nose, chin, as well as the skin of the chest and back. The duration of the procedure is on average 5-10 minutes, and for sensitive skin - 2-3 minutes. Then, to restore acidity and close the pores, you can change the polarity of the electrodes and work on the same areas for 2-3 minutes with a positive electrode. Desincrustation procedures are carried out from 3 to 10 times every other day or every day (with a large number of comedones) and with a frequency of 1 time in 10-14 days to prevent the formation of comedones.

Cosmetic result - the effect of lighter, cleaner, degreased skin with lightened comedones, redness of the skin and a slight feeling of tightness.

The effect of the procedures is noticeable after removing the desincrustant and saponified secretion from the skin surface; an increase in the severity of the effect is observed over the course of the procedures.

Direction of the method:

  • skin cleansing;
  • opening of pores;
  • saponification of excess skin secretions.

Indications for desincrustation:

  • oily, porous skin;
  • combination skin with comedones;
  • dense infiltrated skin with follicular hyperkeratosis, with small dense comedones that are difficult to remove by mechanical cleaning;
  • a large number of small blackheads;
  • fine-wrinkle type of aging;
  • deformation type of aging;
  • photoaging.

Side effects:

  • dry skin;
  • redness of the skin;
  • metallic taste in the mouth;
  • a tingling, prickling sensation on the skin

Alternative methods:

  • microcurrent desincrustation;
  • Ultrasonic peeling with desincrustaches
