Disincrustation is a procedure for saponifying fatty acids of sebum under the influence of a permanent (galvanic) electric current and a dezincrustant lotion.

As a result of disinfestation, the fatty comedon turns into soap and is easily washed out of the pores. The main work on saponification of comedones conducts a direct current. Opening pores, saponification of the secretion of sebaceous glands, loosening of the skin, increased microcirculation, increased vascular permeability and the intensity of cellular metabolism, alkalinization is the action of the negative electrode during galvanization.

The solution for disinfestation supplements the action of the current and is a conductive medium.

Methods of disinfestation

  1. Skin cleansing: make-up remover, milk, tonic. You can additionally use mechanical or enzymatic peeling (chemical peelings with electroprocedure are incompatible).
  2. Disincrustation: work with a negative electrode on a solution-disincrustant, on the surface of the skin, softening of fatty plugs, opening of pores. Saponification of comedones and excess sebum.
  3. Cleansing the skin of saponification products (large amount of oxen) and toning the skin for the day of pH recovery.
  4. If necessary, disinfestation can be completed by mechanical or vacuum cleaning, a mask for the appropriate skin type.
  5. The work of a positive electrode: the closing of pores, the restoration of acid-base balance. It is possible to additionally use the administration of medicinal, active components from the positive pole.
  6. Mask, the final cream.

The procedure is carried out using a labile technique. The dezincrustant is applied to the skin of the face and by sliding movements (-) of the electrode ((+) - in the patient's hand) on the massage lines the skin is treated. As a result, under the action of a direct current and a solution containing electrolytes, the usual reaction of saponification of sebum (fatty comedon turns into soap), which then easily leaches from the surface of the skin and the terminal pore sections.

As a rule, disinfections are exposed to the entire face with an emphasis on the areas of oily skin (the so-called T-zone) - the forehead, nose, chin, and skin of the chest and back. The duration of the procedure is on average 5-10 minutes, and with sensitive skin 2-3 minutes. Then, to restore acidity and close the pores, you can change the polarity of the electrodes and work the same zones for 2-3 min with a positive electrode. Procedures for disinfestation are carried out 3 to 10 times a day or every day (with a large number of comedones) and with a frequency of 1 every 10-14 days to prevent the formation of comedones

Cosmetic result - the effect of a lighter, clear, skimmed skin with brightened comedones, there is redness of the skin and a slight feeling of tightness.

The effect of the procedures is noticeable after removal of the disincrustant and saponified secret from the skin surface; there is an increase in the severity of the effect at the rate of procedures

Directivity of the method:

  • skin cleansing;
  • pore opening;
  • saponification of excess skin secretion.

Indications for conduction of disinfestation:

  • oily, porous skin;
  • combined skin with comedones;
  • dense infiltrated skin with follicular hyperkeratosis, with small dense comedones that are poorly removed by mechanical cleaning;
  • a large number of small black-spot comedones;
  • fine-wrinkled type of aging;
  • deformation type of aging;
  • photoaging.

Side effects:

  • dry skin;
  • redness of the skin;
  • metallic taste in the mouth;
  • sensation of tingling, tingling on the skin

Alternative methods:

  • microcurrent disinfestation;
  • ultrasound peeling with disinfectants
