There is an opinion that healthy food is necessarily expensive food and people with low and average incomes cannot afford it. However, this is not true. It is not necessary to eat lobsters, shrimp and caviar to be healthy. It turns out that everyone can afford a healthy diet, because you do not need to spend a lot of money for this.

Oatmeal
