Thousands of years ago, olive oil was known as the best for skin in Mediterranean countries. That is why it is considered "liquid gold". It is practically the only product that is as useful for external use as it is for internal use. It is not for nothing that women in Greece were famous for their ideal figure and velvety skin. It is perfect for both young girls and mature women, and for older people it will become simply an indispensable assistant. For cosmetic purposes, it is best to use olive oil that is the richest in useful substances - first pressing (Extra Virgin).
