How many books have been read, how much time has been spent searching the Internet and money has been spent on useless advice on how to lose extra pounds. Worries, nerves and, finally, the answer to the question of interest: how to lose extra weight to be healthy and beautiful? And the answer is to remove carbohydrate-containing foods from your daily diet. Nutritionists organized about 60 experiments, in which about 68 thousand people who wanted to lose weight participated. All the volunteers were quite, after all, not thin people and had a great desire to lose weight. They gave up carbohydrates and fats, and the result was stunning.

It became clear and understandable how effective was the exclusion of products containing carbohydrates: potatoes, pasta, flour products. The exclusion of fats also gave a result, but not as amazing, although this group of participants kept their weight under control. And those who gave up meat did not achieve positive results in the fight against extra pounds.

The result exceeded all expectations, 1.6 people lost weight, their well-being was at a high level, their mood noticeably improved. People who ate harmful products, on the contrary, gained weight, and their general well-being left much to be desired. They failed to lose weight, and the excess gained interfered with their everyday life.

Excess weight and mental state have a direct connection with each other, such conclusions were made by British scientists. Genetic studies have shown a direct connection between the development of schizophrenia and excess kilograms, and the relationship has been observed since childhood. Due to the fact that certain genes can be involved in obesity, changes in the body do not have the best effect on people who already have such mental health problems, so scientists recommend paying special attention to nutrition in case of any mental disorders. Products can be replaced and it is important to reduce carbohydrate consumption. Meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, although they will not cure the disease, will help to maintain the already shaky health of patients.

Proper nutrition is the key to health for each of us, extra pounds will not bring any benefit, but will bring a lot of problems and discomfort. Life will not bring joy if there is discomfort in the body and soul. All this is interconnected. It is necessary to take care of yourself from an early age, thinking about your nutrition, we solve many problems that bother us so much in the future. Choose the right products, watch your weight, exercise and then you will not have to resort to exhausting workouts and strict diets.
