Olive oil will help reduce the negative effect of external factors, as well as normalize the pressure. The latest research of scientists has shown that olive oil in combination with vegetables helps to lower high blood pressure.
It is generally believed that a healthy diet should include unsaturated fats - avocados, olive oil, nuts, as well as vegetables - lettuce, spinach, beets, carrots, etc. Such products in combination contribute to the formation of fatty acids that help reduce blood pressure. Such data scientists have received during research on rodents, but according to experts the same effect should be and in the person.
The United States Environmental Protection Agency, in turn, concluded that olive oil helps protect the body from microscopic dirt particles that cause inflammation, increase blood pressure, increase the risk of blood clots, and hardening of blood vessels.
It has long been known that polluted air increases the risk of developing heart disease, asthma, strokes.
Specialists conducted an experiment with 42 volunteers who were healthy at the time of the study. Scientists divided the participants into two groups, where the first group took three grams of fish oil daily, and the second group - three grams of olive oil. Also, scientists formed a control group that did not take any supplements.
The participants of the experiment were constantly subjected to a test that is clean, then contaminated with air. Scientists evaluated the state of the vessels in three stages: before, after, and after some time after exposure to air.
As it turned out, right after the person was exposed to polluted air, the vessels were greatly reduced in people from the control group and the group that was taking fish oil. In the group where volunteers drank olive oil, a significant narrowing of the vessels after exposure to contaminated air was not observed, and in this group, scientists also found in the body of volunteers an increase in protein that contributed to the cleavage of blood clots.
The results allow scientists to assume that in the future olive oil can become a safe, inexpensive and effective way to help the body resist negative environmental factors.
In the third study, experts determined that during pregnancy, women are exposed to the negative effects of contaminated air in the second trimester. As it turned out, the impact of polluted air during this period increased the risk of having children with asthma. Particles in the polluted air harm the lungs of the developing child. As you know, women during pregnancy are contraindicated in a number of drugs that can harm both the future baby, so disrupt the normal course of pregnancy. Salad with two tablespoons of olive oil will help women safely reduce the negative impact of the environment, as well as improve digestion, skin, hair, nails and saturate the body with vitamin E, necessary for the assimilation of vitamins A and K.
