Guava
This green fruit, oval or round in shape, tastes like pear and strawberry. In addition to its wonderful taste, guava is good for health. It contains potassium, fiber, vitamins C and A, and phosphorus. Guava makes excellent desserts and jams.
Pitahaya or dragon fruit
There are only 50 calories per 100 grams of fruit and a sea of pleasure. This fruit is very pleasant to taste and can quench your thirst and refresh you on a hot day. In addition, pitahaya is a storehouse of useful substances: vitamins B and C, iron, phosphorus and potassium. This fruit is recommended for people with stomach diseases, endocrine disorders and diabetes. Pitahaya needs to be peeled, and the seeds can be safely eaten, they are edible.
