There are fruits that many people have never even heard of and therefore do not know how healthy they can be.

Passion fruit

Passion fruit contains a lot of fiber, potassium, and vitamins C and A. In addition, it contains very few calories - there are only 16 in one fruit, so this will not prevent those who watch their figure from enjoying passion fruit. Passion fruit should be cut in half and the seeds removed. It is used in fruit salads, as well as in the preparation of fish and meat.

Carambola

This delicious fruit has a citrus-apple flavor and is rich in vitamin C. 100 grams of carambola contain 40 calories. However, people who have kidney stones are not recommended to eat carambola because of its high oxalic acid content. Carambola does not need to be peeled or seeded; it is eaten whole.
