Scientists have discovered that many foods contain hundreds of chemical components that have very specific properties, including improving sex life.

You can diversify your diet as you wish, but you must follow the basic rules - do not gain excess weight, limit the consumption of fast food and consume the optimal amount of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Following these simple rules, your body will always be charged with energy. Of course, energy is one thing, but sexual energy and sexual capabilities are quite another. So the question arises - how does food affect sexuality. In the last few decades, scientists have achieved significant results in deciphering the chemical components of the products we consume. They have discovered that many products contain hundreds of chemical components that have specific properties, including improving sexual life.

They are not aphrodisiacs, they do not increase libido or ignite sexual desire. Rather, these chemicals fine-tune the sexual machinery by ridding the body of cholesterol deposits, improving blood flow, stimulating the production of hormones and brain chemicals that make us feel good, and saturating the body with chemical energy that allows us to perform at our peak. Chile

Chili peppers contain capsaicin, a chemical that gets your heart pumping and your skin burning – a sure sign of increased circulation. Chili dilates blood vessels and stimulates circulation.

Chocolate

Women call it a product of love, not without reason. Cocoa beans contain stimulants that increase skin sensitivity. Chocolate also contains components that are similar in chemical composition to the hormones that cause euphoria, which our body produces when we are in love.

Citrus

Almost all fresh and frozen fruits contain large amounts of vitamin C; but oranges, grapefruits, and other citrus fruits are the leaders in this regard. Scientists at the University of Texas report that men who consume at least 200 milligrams of vitamin C per day produce more sperm than those who consume less vitamin C. Vitamin C also prevents semen from thickening, so your sperm have a better chance of reaching their target.

Vanilla ice cream

The long-standing debate over the health benefits of chocolate versus vanilla ice cream has finally been settled: in favor of ice cream. Any ice cream is healthy (as long as it contains a small amount of fat) because it is rich in calcium and phosphorus, minerals that build muscle energy reserves and increase libido. Calcium may also contribute to stronger orgasms, since the muscles that control ejaculation need calcium to contract properly. So why vanilla ice cream? A study by the Chicago-based Smell and Taste Research Foundation found that when men inhaled the scent of vanilla, it relaxed them and relieved anxiety and inhibitions.

Fish

Yes, caviar, oysters, lobster and other seafood have earned their sexy reputation. They are fortified with zinc, a mineral that boosts testosterone production and improves the health of the prostate and male reproductive organs.

Brazil nut

All kinds of environmental toxins, including cigarette smoke and air pollution, can negatively affect sperm and increase the risk of birth defects. Brazil nuts are a major source of selenium, a mineral that protects sperm health and speeds up sperm movement. Scientists in the UK report that men with fertility problems who take selenium supplements have stronger, more viable sperm. Brazil nuts are rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps protect sperm cells from the damaging effects of free radicals.

Peaches

Oranges are a good source of vitamin C, but frozen peaches are an even better choice. This is important if you want to improve your sexual health, because men who don’t get enough vitamin C produce low-quality sperm. Add frozen peaches—they have more vitamin C than fresh ones—to fruit drinks or your morning cereal. One cup of the fruit contains more than double the daily value of vitamin C.

Blueberry

Forget about Viagra. Mother Nature has created blue capsules that can do even more for your potency.

Blueberries are rich in soluble fiber, which helps the body remove excess cholesterol from the blood before it is absorbed and deposited on the walls of the arteries. Blueberries also relax the walls of blood vessels and improve blood circulation. This means more blood flows to the penis, resulting in stronger erections.

For maximum potency, eat a serving of blueberries at least 3-4 times a week.

Eggs

Every man gets a little nervous during sex with a new partner, and that anxiety can, well, you know. Eating a bowl of eggs for breakfast can help, as eggs are rich in vitamin B, a nutrient that helps reduce anxiety and stress. There's also some evidence that vitamin B can help boost libido.

It turns out that real men should eat quiche (a pie with custard and various fillings). It contains eggs and milk, rich in protein, which helps control SHBG, a substance that binds sex hormones (testosterone and arginine). Arginine is an amino acid that improves blood flow to the penis and improves sexual performance in both men and women. Don't stop there and add some asparagus and potatoes to the quiche: they contain magnesium and potassium, minerals that will not allow untimely spasms and injuries to spoil your pleasure.

Liver

It doesn’t sound very sexy, but spoonful after spoonful, you’ll get one of the best sources of fertility-boosting vitamin A. Research shows that men who get enough vitamin A produce more sperm and have better sexual performance than men who don’t. Liver is a great source of zinc. Your body loses 5 milligrams of zinc—a third of your daily requirement—with each ejaculation, so a single weekend of sex can deplete your body of zinc.

Cinnamon

Scientists at the Chicago-based Smell and Taste Research Foundation have found that men who sniff cinnamon experience an increased number of erections.

Orange juice

If you don’t have the healthy high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol to unclog your arteries, even small amounts of harmful low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol can clog your arteries and impair erectile function. The higher your HDL levels, the better. Getting your HDL levels to 60 milligrams per deciliter of blood can also protect your heart. One of the best ways to increase your HDL levels is to drink three glasses of orange juice a day, run or walk at least 700 miles a week, and lose at least 10 pounds.
