Italian experts from the Institute in Milan in their new research project determined that the presence of a large number of flour and pasta in the diet of a woman, white bread leads to difficult problems of the cardiovascular system.
This topic has been studied for a long time and carefully studied by scientists. For the experiment, scientists have chosen 47 thousand volunteers. According to the results obtained, scientists made the conclusion that white bread, flour and pasta double the development chances heart diseases and blood vessels, and the researchers also established that the consumption of the same products by men is completely harmless to their body and is not reflected in the general state of health.
White bread and pasta have a high glycemic index, due to which the body absorbs such products quite quickly. A glycemic index is a indicator that indicates a blood sugar after eating products. Such an index is established for each product in comparison with the body reaction to glucose (100% glycemic index) with the reaction caused by food. Various products have their own indicators of glycemic index, and they are compared with the glycemic glucose index. When the products that have low indicators of the glycemic index, the blood sugar rises quite slowly. The higher the level of glycemic indicator, the faster the blood sugar increases. The use of pasta and white bread leads to a sharp increase in sugar, so their frequent use harms the general state of human health. Such sharp sugar jumps have a negative effect on the heart muscle, which leads to diseases of the vessels and heart, also sharp changes in blood sugar negatively affect the organs of human vision and teeth. Previously, scientists have already conducted research on the influence of white bread on the human body and confirmed the fact that frequent use of bread leads to problems with the organs of vision and teeth. In addition, several years ago, specialists from the United States came to the conclusion that children under the age of two years are contraindicated in the use of white bread, since it leads to a violation of the formation and normal operation of the immune system.
The earlier studies of William Davis confirmed the connection between excessive use of white bread and the arising sense of fatigue. Modern wheat varieties contain gliadine (GMO-white), which enhances appetite, which leads to overeating and obesity.
Nutritionists recommend using rye bread more, as little as possible to eat pastries and pasta, if possible replacing them with vegetables and fruits.
However, not only some foods can harm women's health. Experts previously studied the composition of cosmetic products and came to the conclusion that such funds contain quite harmful chemicals that eventually accumulate in the body and cause irreparable harm to female health.
