Correctly say that laziness is the engine of progress. A young US programmer recently proved once again that this statement is quite applicable to modern society. The 24-year-old American developed the so-called "food of the future", which is able to provide the human body with all the necessary trace elements and vitamins.

Programmer R. Reinhart from the United States (Atlanta) has invented a completely new type of food that will not only allow food to be eaten correctly, but also tangibly to save on food. People in his profession often suffer from stomach diseases due to eating fast food. In addition, Roy noticed on his own that a harmful amount of money was leaving the purse every month. After analyzing the situation that arose with the diet of both Roy himself and his colleagues, he decided to develop a unique cocktail to date, which we could only read about in fantastic works. The programmer presented the world a liquid, milk-like, cocktail, which contains absolutely all the substances necessary for an adult healthy person.

For six weeks, the experimenter used only this cocktail, arguing that because of the excellent taste he did not feel any discomfort and monotony. Ideally balanced cocktail contains only a third of the daily calorie rate, but has amazing nutritional value.

Roy's idea of invention arose after his elderly friend fell seriously ill. Due to total exhaustion, the programmer's companion could not independently cope with the preparation of food and Roy, as a caring friend, decided to find a way out. Initially, the developer turned to the textbooks of biology, because the goal was to invent a product that will require a minimum amount of time and resources during cooking and at the same time - maximum nutritional value.

Specialized literature has helped Reinhart understand that the human body does not need certain foods in its entirety, but in some of the substances that they contain. For example, you can not say that a person needs to eat tomatoes, but one can note the undeniable benefits of lycopene contained in them. Also, the human body needs not baking, but in useful carbohydrates, not in dairy products, but in amino acids, not in citrus fruits, but in vitamin C. The human body is able to assimilate, for example, carotene not only in the form of carrots, but also in the form of a dry carrot powder.

If we talk about fats, the inventor added to the cocktail of unrefined olive oil and the fish oil needed by man. Carbohydrates in the beverage are represented by oligosaccharides, which are considered more useful than the usual sugar and glucose. In addition to the above elements in the cocktail, which was named by the author "Soylent", some antioxidants, protein and probiotics were added.

The main advantage of his discovery programmer believes significant savings: now his monthly diet costs less than a hundred dollars. Roy practically does not use kitchen appliances, does not visit supermarkets, as a result of which he spends neither money to buy food, nor time to prepare meals and dinners.

The doctors were interested in the discovery of an economical American. Invented cocktail is unlikely to interest ordinary people, but on the other hand it can help solve the problem of food in low-income countries.
