In one of the latest studies, scientists have learned that because of overexertion a person may have extra pounds. As shown by experiments, the body actively after the experienced stress appears a hormone that helps to transform ordinary cells into fat, which not only prevents to return to the form, but also increases the likelihood of type II diabetes, heart and vascular diseases.
A new study was conducted by specialists from the Stanford University, led by a scientific team, Dr. Brian Feldman. According to scientists, in the stress state in the body, the mechanism of fat tissue formation is activated, which is used as a source of additional energy.
Still, scientists have found that in stressful situations, a person often increases appetite, and people tend to "jam" the troubles of not quite healthy foods, and high-calorie foods also leads to the appearance of extra pounds.
During the research it was found that those who gained excess weight as a result of excessive eating of high-calorie dishes, fat envelops the internal organs. Scientists say that fat around the organs and subcutaneous fat are different, but the internal fat is a great danger to human health.
As a result of the latest works of scientists, it was possible to establish that fat can have a significant effect on the functioning of the body. Fat cells can receive signals from stem cells, and also send them an answer, and, as is known, stem cells have the ability to transform into any type of cells in the human body. Feldman's team found that one of these signals is the launch of a certain hormone, which facilitates the transformation of body cells into fat.
Experts noted that there may be other hormones that are still unknown to science and also affect similar processes in the body, but a new hormone called Adamts1 is still dominant in the process of fat formation in the body.
To combat stress, bad mood, depression, scientists advise to do cleaning the house. In a recent study, scientists found that cleaning the house helps a person tune into a positive mood. Experts came to such conclusions after observing two groups of people: in the first, the experiment participants were to clean up their house daily, and in the second cleaning the maid should be engaged.
As a result, the participants from the first group of experts noted a complete absence of symptoms of depression and a less painful response to various stressful situations in their lives. In the second group, participants became more irritable and restless and, as a result, depressive states developed.
According to researchers, cleaning your house with your own hand causes a person a sense of some kind of novelty, which brings joy and satisfaction, namely, these emotions help get rid of depression and better cope with various stressful situations.
