Experts shared recipes that stimulate immunity in stressful situations for the body.

Massage helps to avoid problems with acclimatization

It is better to do it sitting, relaxing the muscles. Set aside time for each point - 1.5-2 minutes. The whole complex will take 5-6 minutes.

  1. Massage the point in the center of the depression under the occipital protuberance. This point is responsible for normalizing pressure.
  2. Then, using your thumb and index finger, squeeze your earlobes hard. This will normalize the vestibular system.
  3. Using small circular movements and pressing hard, massage the point in the center of the hollow between the lower lip and chin. This point is responsible for the influx of energy.

Products that boost immunity

Ginger and cinnamon will help you get used to the new environment even faster. These spices contain special substances - adaptogens, which stimulate the immune system in stressful situations for the body. So upon arrival, it would not be superfluous to order a cappuccino with cinnamon or a large cup of green ginger tea. By the way, these same spices help to save yourself from a summer cold.

Take more green things on vacation

It is this color that helps us maintain the tone of our blood vessels and survive hot weather more easily. So pack more light green, light green, yellow, pink, lilac T-shirts and sarafans in your suitcase. In clothes of these colors, the skin breathes better in the heat. But do not overdo it with aggressive red-fiery things - the body does not feel its best in them under the scorching sun.

And to get a beautiful and even tan, but not to lie on the beach for hours, eat more yellow-orange fruits and vegetables (carrots, apricots, bell peppers, pumpkin, melon) on vacation. They contain pigments - carotenoids, responsible for giving the skin a golden hue.
