Nutritionists have named several dishes that promote rapid weight loss without harming your health. The list opens with a truly summer dish - oatmeal with berries. To prepare a healthy breakfast, take 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, half a glass of milk, half a glass of raspberries and blueberries. The fibers contained in oatmeal saturate the stomach for a long time (which will allow you not to think about food until lunch). The second dish is bananas in peanut butter.
Take 1 medium banana and 2 teaspoons of butter. Walnut butter provides the body with essential proteins and fats. A nut breakfast in the morning allows you to eat fewer calories during the day. The third dish is for lunch - chicken breast in mustard sauce. For cooking you will need: 4 pieces of chicken breast, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 3 medium tomatoes. Tomato and mustard sauce is a great way to relieve fatigue in the middle of the day. A woman on a diet's best friend is a latte.
To prepare a tasty and nutritious drink you will need: 180 ml of skim milk, 180 ml of coffee, 14 g of dark chocolate, cinnamon to taste. 2 servings of latte per day are enough. A great option for dinner is fried chicken breast with grated cheese. Cut the chicken breast (113 g) into cubes, add 1 tbsp. of grated hard cheese, half a glass of tomato sauce, 1 glass of spinach fried in olive oil. Spinach contains lipoic acid, which plays an important role in energy production and can help regulate blood sugar levels.
