Protein diets increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes

Unbalanced diets should be avoided so that in the future they will not face insoluble problems, Simona Marchetti writes in an article published on the website of the newspaper Corriere della Sera.

They answered questions related to lifestyle and consumption of 800 different foods on average over a period of 15.7 years.
