Summer is still considered the best time to lose extra pounds that have accumulated in unwanted places during the long winter. The abundance of fresh and low-calorie fruits and vegetables will allow you to easily create a rich and varied menu for each day.

Excessive heat can cause problems in the human body that are related to the functioning of the digestive organs. That is why you should take a responsible approach to the issue of creating a personal diet. So what should you eat in the summer to lose those hated kilograms and look stunning and seductive on the beach?

Morning is probably the best time to eat fresh fruit. If you eat fruit after a meal or before bed, it can cause fermentation in your intestines and stomach, which is absolutely undesirable. Oranges, grapes, plums, apricots, melons, peaches, pears and other fruits, due to their rich vitamin content and ease of absorption by the body, are the main components of the summer diet. Do not forget about such healthy berries as gooseberries, raspberries and currants.

Limit your coffee and black tea consumption, sweet juices and carbonated drinks are not thirst quenchers. Therefore, it is recommended to drink regular purified water or green tea with a minimum amount of sugar in hot weather. Make tea from mint or oregano, they will fill your body with the main sources of vitamins and perfectly quench your thirst. Use fresh mint as a seasoning for some side dishes. Ginger tea with the addition of mint leaves perfectly tones and refreshes in hot weather.

Be sure to include fresh vegetables in the summer menu, they do not support fermentation processes. Cucumbers, zucchini, radishes, turnips and rutabagas in combination with an abundance of fruits can satisfy a person's need for vitamins one hundred percent. Do not ignore fresh greens, thanks to them, you can enrich the taste of many cooked dishes and saturate your body with microelements and salts that are excreted with sweat. Spinach dishes, beet tops and mustard greens are very useful.

In hot weather, it is extremely important to organize your own nutrition, so you should exclude high-fat dishes and heavy food from your diet. It is recommended to replace fatty fish and meat with leaner ones - rabbit, white chicken meat, boiled veal, pollock. Reduce the amount of legumes, baked goods, sausage products, remove various sandwiches and fast food from the menu.
