Probably, many ladies, looking at women with luxurious hair, perfect skin or a snow-white smile, sometimes caught themselves thinking: how do they do it? What secrets of beauty and youth are known to these women?
The most sought-after stylists, hairdressers and cosmetologists tried to answer these other questions.
Use sesame oil
A very effective and, importantly, natural skin care product. It is recommended by Lisa Headley, founder and creative director of the Mayflower Inn and Spa. Her recipe: apply sesame oil to slightly damp skin every morning and rub it in thoroughly until everything is absorbed. After this procedure, take a shower. The oil moisturizes and nourishes the skin, giving it a slight glow.
Avoid colored drinks
Dentist Eliza Mello advises, if not to exclude, then at least not to abuse products and drinks that stain tooth enamel. Such products include: coffee, tea, chocolate, red wine, cola and berries. If you cannot live without coffee, then your teeth can be protected by a straw through which the coloring liquid will not touch the snow-white enamel of the teeth.
Skip the foundation
"I've stopped using foundation every day because it collects in wrinkles and makes them even more noticeable. I use concealer to cover up small imperfections and powder my face a little. That's enough for every day," says Joanna Schliep, a celebrity makeup artist.
Reduce your white sugar intake
"It's the skin's number one enemy, so I've cut it out of my diet," says dermatologist Eva Shamban. "Sugar accelerates skin aging and worsens its appearance, leading to loss of elasticity and acne, not to mention skin tone. However, sugar is very good as a scrub. Just mix a handful of sugar with a drop of shower gel, this mixture will perfectly cleanse the skin of dead cells."
Use less styling products
"Instead of applying a lot of gel or mousse to your hair, try replacing these products with hair conditioner or a small amount of a healing mask for restoration. After that, you can start styling. With this little trick, my hair does not frizz and curls into lovely curls, in addition, the applied balm moisturizes the hair, which is the main principle in hair care," shares her secrets Rita Hasan, owner of a chain of beauty salons in New York.
Pay special attention to the skin around the eyes
"The skin around the eyes is a special area that requires more careful care. I do not use cream products, but prefer gel-based products," says Laura Hittleman, director of beauty salons in Arizona. "Their light consistency allows the skin to breathe and stay fresh throughout the day."
Take care of your hand skin
The skin on your hands can tell the most about a person's age, so spa director Kirsten Combs advises caring for it the same way you would your face, using masks and moisturizing well.
Visit massage parlors more often
Lisa Headley, creative director of the Mayflower Inn and Spa, recommends getting rid of fatigue with massage: “It would be great if you could devote 20 minutes a day to this procedure. Massage will help you relax, calm down and increase your vitality, and this will immediately be reflected in your appearance.”
Eat fruits
"Make it a habit to eat fresh fruit every day. This could be grapes, apples or strawberries, which contain malic acid, which cleans plaque from teeth," says dentist Elisa Mello.
If you don't have time for makeup, light-reflecting powder will help
“It’s not always possible to leave the house fully prepared, so I never do my makeup in a hurry, but simply dust my face with light-reflecting powder to make fine wrinkles less noticeable,” shares her secrets makeup artist Sally Hansen.
Take care of your eyelashes
“To keep my lashes from becoming brittle and dry, I apply eye cream to the roots of my lashes every night before bed,” says makeup artist Joanna Schlip.
If you regularly follow these simple and not at all complicated recommendations, then the result will not take long to come, and it will no longer be you who admires the well-groomed appearance of others, but they will stare at you.
