Nowadays, many people are seriously engaged in their own health and lifestyle, which positively affects the overall statistics. Special attention is paid to the modern inhabitants of the world on the diet and the right products. A popular dietician in the United States, who for many years has made individual diets for those who have problems with digestion or overweight, recently published a list of the most harmful foods for the body.

Scientists-nutritionists often argue about what products actually harm the body, and which are not too dangerous. Jared Koch, an American nutritionist, named a small list of foods that, in his opinion, should be removed from the daily diet. At the moment the list is checked by specialists, but some facts about harmful products are known.

In the first place of the "forbidden list" are canned tomatoes, which initially surprised doctors a little. It is known that fresh tomatoes have a mass of useful substances, among which we can distinguish lycopene, used as a preventive agent for diseases of the cardiovascular system. Due to long-term storage in tin containers, tomatoes lose medicinal properties, and instead of useful substances, a substance "bisphenol A" is formed in the product, which can be considered even poisonous. The nutritionist advises to use tomatoes in food only fresh, or stored in glass jars.

Next on the list are designated, so-called, meat products: smoked products, sausages, sausages. In this case, we are talking about products that are processed with nitrates, taste enhancers and hormonal substances. Of course, meat is the right product in the daily diet, but nutritionists recommend to cook only fresh or freshly frozen meat and to minimize the use of "ready" meat products.

Many nutritionists negatively spoke about the use of margarine. Mistresses actively use margarine during baking confectionery and bakery products, not suspecting that this is a very dangerous ingredient. Vegetable fats, which are contained in margarine, are saturated with acids during production, which can cause inflammatory processes in the body.

Vegetable oil becomes a harmful product after heat treatment. Nutritionists recommend using oil only in salads, occasionally when extinguishing vegetables.

If we talk about vegetables, it would seem that the usual potato in our time is also recognized as a harmful product. True, the nutritionist has in mind only inorganic potatoes, during the cultivation of which pesticides and fertilizers were used.

Recently, among vegetarians and people observing a religious fast, the products from soya have become popular: soy meat, noodles, milk. Doctors advise not to abuse these products, as they can lead to hormonal imbalance.
