Surely many are aware of those feelings that overwhelm and burst out when the brain is focused only on positive emotions and ignores everything negative, and thoughts about the person they love do not leave even for a minute. Some love inspires so much that awakens all the best and all the positive results in poetry, pictures and pushes on the most unpredictable acts. And all this in the name of love and for the sake of love. This is the most mysterious and most amazing feeling on earth!
However, love is not just words, a person in love has a number of changes in the chemical composition of some parts of the brain.
So what is love in terms of science?
All the pleasures that a person experiences are accompanied by the release of dopamine, whether it be gambling, drug use or love. Lack of this substance leads to the opposite consequences - a person can not enjoy life, he becomes unhappy and gloomy.
This substance invades the brains of lovers to cool their fervor a little and adjust to a stronger relationship, because passion can not last forever, including because of the biochemical nature. It is oxytocin that awakens in a person the desire to just fall asleep in embrace, when passions fade away and want to care for each other. No wonder it is called a hormone of fidelity.
Despite the fact that testosterone in women is produced in much smaller volumes than in men, it is this hormone responsible for sexual activity and violent manifestations of feelings.
Causes a sense of sexual arousal and pleasure. This hormone acts as a drug and makes you melt when the object of love draws near. After a while, the knees no longer shake, and the head does not go around, but the desire to see the beloved person remains.

It is the domain of the genome responsible for the recognition of foreign substances and the response attack of the immune system. Our bodies are able to exude the GCG through body odor, sweat and saliva. As we know, genetic diversity is an advantage for the reproduction of offspring, so, most likely, the relationship will arise between a man and a woman whose genes are very different.

We used to use the phrase "love at first sight", but it would be more correct to say "love from the first scent", because the smell of a person plays a very important role, it carries information about a person. If the natural smell of a person is pleasant to you, then it means that you are a biologically compatible partner.
