In our time, an abundance of food, overflows our tables. The choice is great. A variety of dishes, you can meet not only at home or away, but also in cafes, restaurants, eateries. The temptation is great, adults and children consume unnecessary food for the body. Children are increasingly at risk.

Scientists from the University of the United States conducted research on food, the entrance of which found out which foods are harmful to the child's body. In America, about 50% of children are obese, which is the reason for research and experiments.

Fried food is one of the main reasons for weight gain. Potatoes, all beloved, still fried, has a high caloric value, while the saturation of the body is not great, which as a result leads to the acquisition of extra pounds and to deterioration of health. All fatty, fried foods are categorically contraindicated to people with problems, digestion, liver diseases. It is necessary to eat less possible, fried chicken, fish and, of course, chips that have high caloric content.

Doctors advise, to exclude from the diet of children carbonated beverages, to reduce the consumption of fatty, sweet. Adults often pay much attention to the calorie content of foods, and try to feed their child with as little caloric foods as possible, thinking that the child will gain excess weight. But this is not always so, increasing the weight of a product such as potatoes depends on the way it is cooked. Boiled potatoes are also a nutritious dish, but it has less effect on body weight. But fried fries, also potatoes, but for cooking it uses oil, everything in combination turns out to be a very harmful product for the younger generation and not only.

The study was conducted on 5000 thousand children aged from 8 to 16 years. For 3 years, the children ate the products familiar to them, what they ate before the experiment. Scientists looked at, took tests, made conclusions. Children were weighed periodically, compared indicators.

The opinion of doctors coincided in many respects. A healthy diet should contain more, vegetables, fruits, legumes must be in the diet of dairy products. In small quantities, meat, fish. To avoid provoking obesity, fatty foods should be excluded or reduced to a minimum. This is the unequivocal opinion of all scientists of America and not only. If this is not done, you can get problems with the cardiovascular system, increase blood pressure, high cholesterol in the blood, a digestive system, the pancreas will suffer and, of course, the liver, for which fatty and salty foods are number one enemy.

We must remember the importance of home education, and the example of parents. After all, children from an early age, eat, what we give, adults. In the future, children also look first at their parents. We need a clear control over the child's diet, when he is not only at home, at school, or other educational institutions. Scientists recommend that adults change their diet, eat right, know the benefits and harm of products. The direct duty of parents, to bring up a healthy, intelligent child. Every adult person should start with himself from his lifestyle, first of all give up all bad habits, start eating right, thereby setting an example for your child. You can join together, to some kind of sport, swimming, running, riding a bicycle, which will interest the child and will be useful for an adult. Fidgety games, the exclusion of fatty and fried, will help to fight the excess weight of your child.
