Specialists from the United States found that coffee lovers reduced the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Experts came to such conclusions after they conducted a meta-analysis of information obtained as a result of 28 studies, which to varying degrees related to coffee and diabetes.
In the study of coffee specialists discovered three substances that are capable of blocking the accumulation of toxic amyloid protein, which provokes the development of the disease.
Overall, the study involved more than a million people, including people with type 2 diabetes. In addition, specialists were able to determine that the likelihood of developing the disease reduces coffee consumption in moderate amounts. At the same time, coffee not containing caffeine helps to cope better with negative factors provoking diabetes.
It should be noted that the level of diabetes mellitus has significantly increased in recent decades. According to forecasts of physicians by 2030 the number of cases will be more than 400 million people.
Earlier studies by German specialists showed that the morning cup of coffee can improve a person's mood for the whole day. This condition scientists explain by the fact that coffee contributes to the production of dopamine in the body - a hormone that is responsible for positive emotions.
However, this study does not stop this drink, and the scientists intend to continue studying the properties of coffee. It should also be noted that diabetes mellitus type 2 or non-insulin-dependent diabetes is a hereditary disease.

The fact that caffeine stimulates the work of the brain has been known for a long time, but before that, no one has studied how exactly caffeine affects the mental performance and memory of a person. Scientists in their experiment managed to establish that caffeine helps improve memory for about a day. The study was conducted with the participation of volunteers, who were supposed to solve certain tasks for memory. The experiment was conducted in two stages: first, all volunteers were given a set of images, after which one group was given a pill that contained caffeine, and the second - a "pacifier". On the next day, the participants showed new new pictures and found out what photos had been seen last time and on what photos there were similar objects. As a result, volunteers who took the caffeine tablet showed a 30% better result than the group that took decaffeinated tablets.
As a result of all the studies conducted, the scientists concluded that the morning cup of coffee will help increase brain activity throughout the day.
In principle, coffee is a drink around which there are long disputes about whether this drink is harmful or still useful.
