Springtime is characterized not only by bright sun, warm light wind and green lawns, but also by sharp changes in air temperature and instability of atmospheric pressure, which is why many people on the planet have problems with the cardiovascular system. The most vulnerable are people who suffer from chronic heart and vascular diseases, as well as with damage to blood vessels, congenital heart disease and vascular diseases.

In the spring, doctors strongly recommend paying attention to changes in health and well-being: minor discomfort can lead to significant complications that are difficult to get rid of. It is recommended to monitor glucose levels, cholesterol levels and do not forget to control blood pressure.

Nutritionists around the world believe that many problems, including heart disease, can be cured by following a special diet that is tailored to the unique characteristics of each individual. Recent studies by American nutritionists have helped to identify foods that should keep a person's blood pressure normal in the spring. Experts suggest avoiding overly salty foods, fried foods, fast foods, fatty and high-calorie sweets. Nutritionists also recommend increasing daily physical activity: and not stopping at 15-20 minutes of morning exercise, which many people start with. In this case, a very short workout will not be enough; the most important thing is continuous active movement (perhaps running or aerobic training) for 40-60 minutes.

Daily physical exercise will not only help you lose weight and get your body in shape, but also improve your cardiovascular health. Despite the fact that exercise should be a daily part of any healthy person's life, nutritionists insist on mandatory dietary control. For example, it is better to eat lean meat, exclude dried products, smoked products and industrially produced sausages. Substances contained in fatty sausages, smoked products and factory-made sausages can provoke the formation of cholesterol particles that block blood vessels. In turn, such processes in the body can cause an increase in blood pressure. Among meat products, nutritionists especially value poultry and veal. On the eve of spring, it is important to eat as many vegetables as possible. From seasonal vegetables such as beets, carrots, onions, cabbage, you can prepare a lot of interesting and healthy dishes. It is in vegetables that potassium and magnesium are contained, which are especially necessary for the heart. The fiber found in fresh vegetables can fight cholesterol.

If you can't imagine life without sweets, you should pay attention to dried fruits, which are both healthy and very sweet. For hypertensive patients, raisins, dried apricots and dried cherries are essential products in the diet, which will help restore intestinal function and balance blood pressure. Low-fat sea fish and seafood are a source of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and omega-3 acids, which are necessary for a person with a healthy heart.
