The simplest and most popular way to use essential oils is to add them to a bath or massage.

Essential oils have a beneficial effect on the human body and have the following properties:

  • All of them destroy bacteria and are aniseptic, affect the nervous system, relieve inflammation, have a positive effect on the emotional and psychic sphere, stimulate the immune system of the body, and are very useful for the skin and are an excellent cosmetic.
