The researchers said that in the treatment of chronic diseases in most cases, you can do without medications. European scientists have published a list of products that will help get rid of the first manifestations of pain without the help of tablets.

Red chili pepper

In the first place of the list of painkillers available products, experts indicated cayenne hot peppers, which is also known as chili pepper or cayenne capsicum. This product contains capsaicin, which provides a characteristic burning taste. Known varieties of hot red peppers, which are so hot that they can cause irritation or even burn the skin. An analgesic effect of acute pepper is due to a large amount of capsaicin, which is not, for example, in Bulgarian pepper. The component refers to irritants of natural origin and is a constituent of alcohol tinctures and warming patches. Capsaicin is an agonist of vanilloid receptors and it is its action that provides an analgesic effect. Some doctors believe that hot peppers can be used as a preventive measure for cancer. Mustard

Perhaps, even those people who are indifferent to spices of this kind will change their minds when they learn about the analgesic properties of mustard. Ginger root
