Australian scientists have been able to establish the cause of such an impact. As it turned out, after the use of such products in the blood, the concentration of sugar increases, which increases the risk of inflammation of the hippocampus - a special area in the brain that is responsible for the preservation of memories, as well as cognitive functions. As a result of inflammation, memory and attention are disturbed. These conclusions are confirmed by laboratory experiments on laboratory mice, as well as long-term observations of amateurs to eat sweet.
In addition, with the use of refined sugar, the human body spends a large amount of calcium, which leads to a weakening of the bone system. In this case, the probability of developing osteoporosis (brittle bones) is significantly increased.
