Currently, British scientists have discovered a new disease, which affects only modern children and adolescents. Now, more and more young patients with a disease called "computer hump" are asking for help from specialists. The cause of the disease is a prolonged sitting in front of the computer. Doctors believe that the time spent in front of the computer must be limited. According to experts, the child should sit in front of the computer monitor for no longer than three hours, while always having to take frequent breaks. Parents are responsible for ensuring that the child has the correct posture.

Modern gadgets (tablets, telephones, laptops) also affect the development of the hump, as the younger generation uses them constantly. In England, a teenager who spent at least four hours at the computer every day, the mother noticed a slight rise in the back area. Feeling, the woman found that the protrusion on the back is a scapula that has risen above its normal position. As the mother noted, the development of the hump became a complete surprise to them, since the child always had a correct posture and when walking the boy did not hunch. However, for doctors who examined a young patient, this condition was absolutely not strange. As doctors have told, recently patients with a "computer hump" appear more and more. First of all, the hump grows due to the crooked position of the child, who sits at the computer, the spine becomes less stable and bends all the time.

After the children have pain in the back area and they start complaining about this to parents who take their children to a doctor's office. After the examination, the diagnosis is usually "launched scoliosis", which is characterized by the curvature of the spine.

Experts urge parents to better monitor their children's health, especially the condition of the spine, in order to prevent the development of the hump. This disease is accompanied by characteristic disorders of posture, which leads to changes in the ridge and thorax, the spine is curved and becomes like a hump. In this case, the position of the spine remains unchanged, even when the child then rises from behind the computer. At present, the "computer hump" has already acquired an epidemiological character.

Earlier studies have shown that behavioral problems in children most often arise from computer and other games that are delayed until late. Usually, a violation of the regime is observed in young children from 3 to 7 years, but after this period the regime is gradually leveled and the child goes to bed at about the same time. Children who went to bed at different times (mostly after 21 hours) had problems communicating with their peers.

According to medical experts, it is possible to solve problems with hyperactivity, poor learning ability, emotional instability of the child if its regime is adjusted, in particular, it is necessary to set a clear time for going to bed, preferably no later than 21 hours.
