Researchers from the United Kingdom reported that in the near future the average life expectancy of a person could double. According to doctors, 80 years is not the limit for human capabilities, and with the help of a drug that is currently under development, they will be able to increase the life expectancy of a person to 150-160 years.
The result of a large study conducted in the laboratories of Britain will undoubtedly please all hedonists and gourmets: finally, the use of dry red wine is finally proved. Of course, doctors warn about the harmful effects of a large number of alcoholic beverages, but, nevertheless, the daily use of a glass of wine will positively affect the health of the body.
The grape drink contains an active substance - resveratrol - a natural phytoalexin, which is known for its useful properties. Previously, it was found that resveratrol can have anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic effect. The question of the possible benefits of dry wine was studied by many medics throughout the 20th century. Researchers in their writings compared the state of health of European and Russian residents and came to the conclusion that in countries where wine was popular, the population was distinguished by strong health. Further studies of the product showed that red wine not only contributes to longevity, but also prevents cancer, diseases of the nervous system and the heart. The therapeutic properties of red dry wine are associated with a large amount of such a substance as "resveratrol", which is contained in the skin of the grapes from which the drink is made.
Over the past six years, British scientists have carefully investigated resveratrol and its possible effects on the human and animal body. Scientists studied the effect of the substance on living cells and on various chemical compounds and concluded that resveratrol significantly increases the lifespan of living cells. At the moment, scientists at the British University are working on a medicine that will contain an artificial analogue of a useful substance. Experts are sure that such a drug can increase the duration of human life almost twofold. Presumably, the new medicinal product will not only have a rejuvenating and restoring effect, but also will wash away as a preventive maintenance of cardiovascular diseases of the nervous system. Many ailments related to age can also be prevented by regular use of a drug containing resveratrol.
While there is no miracle medicine on the market, doctors advise to pay attention to products that contain a rejuvenating agent. As mentioned above, daily consumption of red wine at lunchtime will significantly improve your well-being, and after a month, the result will be noticeable. In addition to wine and products containing grapes, it is worth paying attention to fresh mushrooms and nuts, which also contain resveratrol.
