The last days of winter are in most cases associated with fatigue, a decrease in vital activity and a weakening of the immune system. It is during this period of the year that there is an exacerbation of chronic diseases, and there is a high risk of catching the infection, since immunity is weakened by the lack of vitamins in the body. Heavy form of avitaminosis is not found very often, and what ordinary people usually mean by this disappointing diagnosis can be hypovitaminosis - a lack of a certain single vitamin in the body. Hypovitaminosis develops imperceptibly both for the patient and for others. The main symptoms that can be identified are increased drowsiness, fatigue, irrational irritability and a pessimistic attitude to life, sleep disorders and lack of appetite.

Immunologists from Eastern Europe recommend, in addition to vitamin supplements, which can be purchased on the shelves of city pharmacies, introduce a habit of drinking vitamin tea. Doctors say that freshly brewed tea will help to avoid vitamin deficiency both in the beginning of winter and in late autumn, when the person is most weakened.

To enhance immunity, a combination of dog rose, known for its healing properties, and dried fruits of red and black chokeberry, viburnum, strawberries or blueberries is used. Fruit and berry vitamin tea has a beneficial effect on the human body and can act as an anti-inflammatory and diuretic. The undoubted advantage is that the naturalness and harmlessness of the components makes such tea safe and suitable for long-term use.

Increase the immunity will help and a combination of freshly briared rose hips with warm milk. The hips were used for a long time in alternative medicine, and at the moment are one of the main components of syrups, vitamin extracts, tablets. Rosehip is a powerful antioxidant and is used for the treatment, as well as the prevention of diseases associated with a deficiency of vitamin C.

The value of vitamin herbal tea is that it does not contain caffeine and other stimulant or excitatory substances, but at the same time saturates the body with all the necessary vitamins. To prepare a vitamin drink, it takes only a few minutes and a few spoons of dried rosehip, forest berries or leaves of medicinal plants or fruit bushes. A glass of warm tea will help to forget about beriberi and improve the condition of the body in the cold season.
