From early childhood to old age, we have to make a choice. This choice can be spontaneous, unconscious or thought out and weighed, in any case, our life directly depends on what we prefer in food. Whether this choice will be made for the benefit of health or to harm it.

When a person's body is in a physical, mental and spiritual balance, then it is easy to choose. A healthy chain of life is led by a daily chain of constant, correct decisions.

Food is the source of energy from which the body draws its strength every day to build new cells, to satisfy hunger, to ensure the smooth functioning of all human organs and systems. Accordingly, the products are the foundation that we lay for a healthy, long life. And it depends only on us how strong it will be. There is no doubt that man is the most complex of organisms created on earth. Inside us is a whole plant. The only question is, do we supply quality raw materials for our construction?

Imagine that you could not have breakfast, of course, the morning rush to work, who does not exist. At lunch, something was snacked and something, not detached from the computer monitor, and for dinner hunger was satisfied for the whole day, and not the healthiest food. And what kind of building material did you send to the body? Yes, no!

The human body can not stop and wait until the qualitative raw material arrives, all processes must take place continuously, which means that it will have to work with what is. No wonder they say: "You are what you eat". Our physical and mental well-being is directly related to the quality of food consumed.

To do this, the food should be well-digested, full-fledged, habitual, but diverse and have good taste, correspond to the energy expenditure of the organism, create a feeling of satiety in small volumes.

When something in the body is not enough, we feel fatigue, malaise. This is the first sign of imbalance or, in other words, illness.

What do we know about the concept of "acid-base balance"? Probably, many immediately come to mind advertising the notorious chewing gum. But in fact, the acid-base balance in the body was conceived in gray antiquity.

Wise people tried to balance the diet. For example, yogis divided food into alkaline and sour.

What kind of food is alkaline? It's fresh cottage cheese, milk. Broccoli, carrots, avocado, corn, banana, spinach, lettuce, eggplant, pumpkin, beets, potatoes, zucchini. Raspberry, watermelon, mango. Black grain bread.

Sour products include bakery products, nuts, vegetable oil. Sour berries, tomatoes, garlic, onions, sorrel, legumes. Products from chocolate, cheese, mushrooms, natural juices.

Slag the body is sour food, it is difficult to digest, getting into the stomach, dissolves into chemical elements and acidifies the body. And this threatens to disrupt the metabolism in the body, interruptions in the regeneration of cells, leading to premature aging.

Alkaline Acid Diet

Essentially affect the level of acidity and external sources: heavy physical activity, smoking, drugs, drugs, toxins of shampoos, skin care products, etc., and stress, which is the main cause of acidity and, therefore, diseases in our body. 70% alkali and 30% acid - this balance is ideal.

Every person creates his own life, do not forget about it! Make a choice in favor of yourself, your body, do not litter it with unnecessary, heavy food.

Choosing the right healthy food, we provide our body with all the necessary micro- and macro elements.
