Despite the technical progress that does not stand still and thanks to which the owners have new irreplaceable helpers at home, it will still be better if women give up their help.

Washing, washing dishes and other household chores, which women entrusted to technology, it is more useful to perform independently. Of course, not a single lady wants to load a lot of domestic troubles on her fragile shoulders, but, maybe, some will change their mind about learning new discoveries of scientists.

Work at home can reduce the risk of developing breast cancer by 13%. This is evidenced by the results of a large-scale European Advanced Cancer Research (EPIC), conducted with the support of Cancer Research UK, Britain.

To achieve such results, scientists recommend doing household chores at least six hours a day.

However, even if you work for about three hours, you can achieve a positive effect and reduce the risk of the disease by 8%.

A group of scientists, led by professor-epidemiologist Tim Kee from Oxford University, conducted an 11-year observation of 257,805 women. During this period, 8034 participants in the study developed breast cancer.

After taking into account all the factors affecting women's health, scientists came to the conclusion that physical activity plays an important role in reducing the risk of breast cancer.

"This study gives every reason to assert about the undeniable benefits that physical load brings us, even the most minimal. In addition, there is much evidence that physical activity reduces the risk of developing bowel cancer. Additional studies of the impact of an active lifestyle on human health, especially on the risks associated with cancer, will provide an opportunity to identify new mechanisms for combating oncological diseases, and to develop a complex for their prevention. This method of prevention is available to everyone, the main thing is not to be lazy, "says Professor Ki.

According to experts, walking on the stairs, going to the store or work on foot, cleaning the house, working in the garden, and also managing other household matters can be considered a daily "dose" of activity. At the same time, women do not have to torture themselves with occupations in the gym, active housework can be an excellent alternative to simulators.
