The quality of sushi Ukrainian production, which quickly won the hearts and stomachs of Ukrainians, shocked the experts - it turned out they had a terrible danger in themselves.
As the "Groshy" program found out, in most of the samples of land that Ukrainian experts tested, an E. Coli was detected, TSN reports.
"We did two sushi tests, we took one test from the sushi from restaurants, the second - sushi with delivery." In both tests, the results were really terrible. "In most of the samples, the E. Coli was found, indicating that in unsatisfactory sanitary conditions this product, or have been stored incorrectly, "said Nina Kildiy, head of the expert-analytical department of the Center for Independent Consumer Expertise Test.
The E. Coli can strongly hit the body. "Within two to three days, the symptomatology grows, does not go away, the temperature rises." The intestinal stick when ingested into urogenital areas can cause inflammation, often chronic cystitis, "said gastroenterologist Inna Pavlik. Ukrainian producers of sushi also violate the requirements for storing fish - the main ingredient in land. "Histamine is a substance that accumulates in fish, if it has been stored for a long time, we also had irregularities in this substance." Some of the samples that were submitted for tasting were hair, "said Nina Kildiy.
"Even one glaring case was when we came to a very famous restaurant chain where sushi was served, and we were sold absolutely stale sample." The smell was terrible, "the expert said. However, unsanitary conditions can leave behind not only the smell.
"In practice, there have been cases of dysentery when taking sushi and food poisoning. There may be complications with a break in the intestines, with bleeding and then with ulcers on the wall," said the doctor Inna Pavlik. Ascarids, Toksokary, opisthorchia are exotic names of species of land.
Worms in raw fish are common. "Glistular invasion is very common today, there is such a dangerous kind of worms as Echinococus: Echinococ strikes the liver, lungs, it can create whole cystic formations, multiply and it is very difficult to be excreted from the body," says the doctor. Therefore, there are sushi you should try only in proven places. Although such, according to the experience of experts, not much. "In Ukraine and in Kiev, you need to be very careful about such products as sushi, I'll be honest, I would not advise you to use something from raw fish," advised Nina Kildiy.
If you love sushi so much, you can not refuse them, then doctors advise eating them not from raw, but from processed fish - boiled or smoked. Or the best option is to cook by yourself.
