It turns out that eating at night without harming your figure is allowed. The main thing is to do it wisely. Of course, if you eat half a kilo of eclairs with condensed milk or potatoes with lard - you will not sleep well and the fat will stick. But if you have dinner with "specially taught" products, you are allowed to maintain your weight within the norm and even... lose weight.

1. Boiled vegetables.

The first thing that comes to mind and is always in the house is carrots and beets. Take a lot of them and cook them together in a huge pot, as if you want to make a giant bowl of Olivier salad. Cut into pieces, grate, mix them in a blender with an apple... but it tastes better, of course, just like that - in cubes. You don't need to eat boiled potatoes at night.

2. Eggplant caviar.

Yes, yes, eggplant. Or zucchini, or any vegetable caviar. And in unlimited quantities! But. Only with a spoon, no toast or bread.

3. Mushrooms.

In small portions and without potatoes, or better yet with vegetables. Be careful with canned mushrooms - it will be hard on the liver.

4. Canned corn.

But don't go overboard, a few spoons at most. You can also fry it in olive oil. Yummy. Try it right now, late tonight, when you're hungry.
