Morning, perhaps, is the best time for consuming fresh fruit. If you eat fruit after eating or before going to bed, they can provoke a fermentation process in your intestines and stomach, which is absolutely undesirable. Oranges, grapes, plums, apricots, melons, peaches, pears and other fruits, thanks to the rich content of vitamins and the ease of their assimilation by the body, are the main components of the summer diet. Do not forget about such useful berries as gooseberries, raspberries and currants.

Limit the consumption of coffee and black tea, sweet juices and carbonated drinks are not assistants in quenching thirst. Therefore it is recommended to drink in the heat of ordinary purified water or green tea with a minimum amount of sugar. Prepare tea from mint or oregano, they will fill your body with the main sources of vitamins and perfectly quench your thirst. Use fresh mint as a seasoning for some side dishes. Ginger tea with the addition of mint leaves perfectly tones and refreshes during the hot season.

Be sure to include in the summer menu fresh vegetables, they do not support the fermentation process. Cucumbers, zucchini, radish, turnips and rutabaga combined with fruit abundance are able to satisfy a person's need for one hundred percent in vitamins.
