According to scientists, the position a person takes while sleeping can tell a lot. In fact, the position a person takes is comfortable for him not physically, but psychologically, and how we sleep is a projection of how we live.
Free fall
Position: Lying on your stomach with your arms around the pillow and your head turned to the side.
Personality: Often extroverted and daring, people who adopt this pose appear confident and even a little brash, but in reality they are thin-skinned and take criticism to heart.
Health Benefits: The free fall pose or any position where you lie face down is good for the digestive system.
Fetal position
Position: On the side, curled up. This is the most common position, adopted by 41% of a thousand people.
Personality: A real hedgehog with pricks on the outside, but inside there is a kind soul and a sensitive heart. Such people need time to open up, but soon their prickles will hide and they will become completely tame.
Health benefits: Sleeping on your left side can affect the functioning of vital organs (liver, stomach, lungs), so it is better to choose this position, lying on your right side.
Log
Position: Lying on your side, arms at your sides.
Personality: A calm person who avoids conflict situations with a balanced character. Pleasant to communicate with, for which his colleagues and superiors love him.
Health Benefits: This is a position in which the spine remains straight. The pose is beneficial for those who suffer from back pain.
The "striving" pose
Position: on your side, arms extended forward.
Personality: People who sleep in this position are open to everything new, but at the same time suspicious and cynical. They weigh the pros and cons for a long time and only then make a decision.
Health benefits: Sleeping in this position can help relieve some of the problems associated with acid reflux and sleep apnea. But if these symptoms are common, you should see a specialist.
Soldier
Position: Lying on your back, arms at your sides.
Personality: Quiet and reserved people. They don't like to make a mountain out of a molehill, but they do like to set high standards for themselves and others.
Health Benefits: Research shows that sleeping on your back can lead to snoring and breathing difficulties.
Hands Up Pose
Position: Lying on your back, both arms raised up.
Personality: Great listeners and good friends. They are always willing to offer help and do not like to be the center of attention.
Health Benefits: Like the soldier pose, the hands-up pose can cause breathing problems during sleep, resulting in a person waking up tired and sleep-deprived.
