These products are much more useful than "imported", as they contain more useful substances, so it is better not to buy imported vegetables and fruits.

Dairy products, if possible, should also be bought in markets, however, only from trusted suppliers. Otherwise, the child may get poisoned or become infected with an intestinal infection.

Toddlers from 3 years old

In summer, children spend a lot of time in nature. They move more and, accordingly, spend more energy. Therefore, only the guys will not be full of vegetables.

Nutritionists calculated that in summer, children need to receive at least 10% more calories than in other months. Therefore, when a baby comes home from a stroll, it must be fed with meat, and, if it comes to evening - fermented milk products.

If a child leaves home for a long time, he can put on the road only what will not soon deteriorate. Otherwise, he can get poisoned.

Diet

In the heat of the child, appetite may disappear. Therefore, in order for the baby to eat his portion to the end, lunch should be swapped with a snack. From 12:00 to 15:00 you can be satisfied with some fruits, but then, after being hungry after an active rest or a midday sleep, the child will eat everything that you put to him on the plate.

Drinking regime

Before you send a child to the street, in his backpack you have to put water, compote or juice with a minimum of sugar (from the sweet drink you want even more). For long trips, take a 5-liter container of water with you - you may not only have to drink, but you will also have to wash yourself.

However, pumping a child with water is also not worth it. Let's drink to your baby only when he asks you about it. If the child is silent, ask him to quench his thirst, but if he refuses, do not insist.
