If you feel exhausted, tired and sleep-deprived every day, then the reason for your deteriorating health may be a number of reasons that can provoke the development of serious diseases.
Sleep deprivation
Lack of sleep can negatively affect concentration, alertness, and overall health. An adult should sleep at least six hours a night, and ideally seven to eight. Problems with lack of sleep can lead to a number of different health problems, so the first task is to establish your schedule and give your body proper rest.
Sleep apnea
This is a condition characterized by stopping or holding your breathing during sleep for a short time. Many people don't even suspect that their sleep is disturbed by sleep apnea, but reflex awakening disrupts normal night rest and despite seemingly long sleep time, a person does not get enough sleep.
Poor nutrition
In order to feel strong and not suffer from bouts of fatigue and lethargy, be sure to include in your diet foods that contain proteins and complex carbohydrates.
Anemia
Women may suffer from anemia due to heavy blood loss during menstruation. With iron deficiency anemia, it is necessary to eat foods rich in iron: liver, meat, whole grains and legumes, and also support the body with iron supplements.

Hypothyroidism
Hypothyroidism is characterized by a lack of thyroid hormones in the body. Due to insufficient regulation of the body's metabolism and the rate at which food is converted into energy, a person may gain excess weight and feel a constant loss of strength.

Dehydration
Fatigue and decreased performance can be caused by dehydration. If you are thirsty, this is already the first sign of dehydration, and the color of your urine can also indicate a lack of water. Drink water throughout the day, and before physical exercise, drink two glasses two hours before the start of training.

Work at night
Working at night can disrupt your body clock and make you sleepy and tired. If you can't avoid shift work, at least limit the amount of sunlight you can get into your bedroom while you're sleeping.
Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
If you feel that drowsiness, fatigue and loss of energy have been your constant companions for many months, then it is likely that you have fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome. These conditions have different symptoms, but they are united by one common and main sign - fatigue and exhaustion, which has no explainable reasons. Be sure to consult a doctor.
