Scandinavian sexual liberation has been revealed in a new, surprising light. As the survey showed, a third of Swedish mothers are not only not embarrassed by the presence of sleeping children during sex with their husbands or partners, but also take their offspring into the same bed.
Most couples know first-hand what a problem it is to find time for intimate pleasures when small children appear in the house. They try to put the little ones to bed early, send them to grandparents, send them for walks with nannies. The situation is further aggravated if parents take their children to sleep with them.
In Sweden, such difficulties do not seem to exist. About a third of married couples in this country have sex without any problems, even if their child is in the same bed. Three out of every ten Swedish mothers do not see anything shameful in this at all. The main thing is that the baby sleeps and does not distract mom and dad.
By the way, a parallel study conducted in the US showed that 59% of American parents regularly have sex in the same room with their sleeping babies. However, the researchers did not specify where exactly the babies rest - in a separate crib or on the marital bed. 48% of young mothers from Sweden reach the level of 1-2 intimate contacts per week soon after giving birth, and 4% have enough energy for daily sex.
At the same time, many mothers have sexual fantasies in full swing. 25% of respondents said that they fantasize about other men, not about their husbands, and 10% of them turn their fantasies into action and decide to cheat. "I want new positions, new places for sex," admitted one of the survey participants. "I hate it when my husband wants to do everything quickly."
