The last days of winter are in most cases associated with fatigue, decreased vitality and weakened immune system. It is during this period of the year that chronic diseases become more acute, and there is a high risk of catching an infection, as the immune system is weakened due to a lack of vitamins in the body. European doctors have recently reported that it is useful to drink freshly brewed vitamin tea daily as a vitamin supplement in winter.

Experts claim that properly selected components of a tea drink can replace the lack of fresh vegetables and fruits, without which the human body feels unprotected against seasonal and chronic diseases.

Due to an acute shortage of nutrients in the body, for many people spring comes with vitamin deficiency. In particularly difficult cases, doctors diagnose vitamin deficiency - a pathological condition of a person, which is characterized by a lack of vitamins. In such cases, the patient usually requires treatment and a thorough examination by a specialist. A severe form of vitamin deficiency is not very common, and what ordinary people usually mean by this disappointing diagnosis may be hypovitaminosis - a lack of a certain vitamin in the body. Hypovitaminosis develops unnoticed by both the patient and others. The main symptoms that can be identified are increased drowsiness, fatigue, unreasonable irritability and a pessimistic attitude towards life, sleep disorders and lack of appetite.

Immunologists from Eastern Europe recommend, in addition to vitamin supplements that can be purchased on the shelves of city pharmacies, to make a habit of drinking vitamin tea. Doctors assure that freshly brewed tea will help to avoid vitamin deficiency both at the beginning of winter and in late autumn, when a person is most weakened.

To boost immunity, a combination of rose hips, known for their healing restorative properties, and dried red and black chokeberries, viburnum, strawberries or blueberries is used. Fruit and berry vitamin tea has a beneficial effect on the human body and can act as an anti-inflammatory and diuretic. An undoubted advantage is that the naturalness and harmlessness of the components makes this tea safe and suitable for long-term use.

A combination of freshly brewed rose hips with warm milk will also help boost your immunity. Rose hips have long been used in folk medicine, and are currently one of the main components of syrups, vitamin extracts, and tablets. Rose hips are a powerful antioxidant and are used to treat and prevent diseases associated with a lack of vitamin C.

The value of vitamin herbal tea is that it does not contain caffeine or other stimulating or exciting substances, but at the same time saturates the body with all the necessary vitamins. To prepare a vitamin drink, you only need a few minutes and a few spoons of dried rose hips, wild berries or leaves of medicinal plants or fruit bushes. A glass of warm tea will help you forget about vitamin deficiency and improve your body's condition in the cold season.
