Although Tantra has long been practiced in many Eastern cultures, in our country this philosophical system has only recently become known.
Tantra implies not only physical unity of people, but also spiritual closeness, unity of partners. It should be noted that a tantric sex session is not a quick process. Sometimes it takes from two to ten hours to achieve spiritual unity.
Originating in India, Tantra arose as a response to religious politics that rejected sex as an obstacle to enlightenment. Tantra is a challenge to religion, a way to prove that sexuality is a method of achieving spiritual harmony, just like other sacred acts. The male and female principles in Tantra are called Shiva and Shakti.
Tantric sexual practice teaches how to prolong the act of love and use the energy of orgasm more effectively. Tantra strengthens both physical and spiritual health.
According to Christiane Northrop, MD, author of The Female Body: Female Wisdom, if we use sexual energy consciously, we can activate the true source of youth and vitality.
The Art of Tantra
The average man ejaculates 2-5 minutes after the start of intercourse, experienced tantrists deliberately prolong the climax to fully enjoy the process of love. In ancient times, the process of tantric intercourse took place in temples specially designed for this purpose. Tantra teaches the art of maximally prolonging pleasure, so that women and men can experience several orgasms during one sexual act.
Leading Tantra teachers say that even those who experience premature ejaculation can learn to prolong their orgasm and, over time, experience multiple pleasures.
Expert recommendations
A full stomach can interfere with the process of exchanging sexual energy, so experts do not recommend eating a lot before a Tantra session. Some even recommend sitting on a porridge diet for a week. Aphrodisiacs, such as ginger, cinnamon, chocolate, citrus fruits, coffee, apples and almonds, will not hurt immediately before intimacy.
What is important
In Tantra, it is not the sexual act itself that is important, but the attentive attitude of the partners towards each other, feelings and sensations. There are no sharp movements that could lead to premature ejaculation. And even more so, there is no place for passion in tantric sex. Simultaneous pleasure is the main goal.
Extraneous thoughts and sensuality
During a tantric love session, all extraneous thoughts will only interfere with the process, so put off unwashed dishes, an untidy apartment and thoughts about work for later. Your head should be occupied only with your loved one.
Tantric love followers recommend developing sensuality to make the sensations sharper and fuller. To do this, you will need pieces of fabric of different textures, such as leather, cotton, suede, denim, silk and velveteen. You need to relax, put all thoughts aside and focus on your sensations, touching the pieces of fabric and guessing what exactly you have in your hands.
