On the eve of the New Year, the problem of coniferous trees, which end up in huge quantities in landfills after the holidays, is especially relevant.
An original solution to this problem was brought to life by the company Liv.co, which has identified itself on the market as an “ethical” online store.
The new range of underwear sets is made from recycled fir trees. At first glance, such underwear may seem uncomfortable, hard, prickly, but in reality, the manufacturers claim that the underwear is extremely soft, gentle and has cooling properties.
After the New Year holidays, many countries face the problem of unwanted Christmas trees, which people take en masse to the trash bins. Most people do not want to replace the real living green beauty with an artificial version. Some countries solve this problem in their own way, mainly using them for further processing. For example, Christmas trees are used to make compost or fuel briquettes, used in furniture factories, and also to make birdhouses or use for heating. Also, in European countries, various Christmas tree collection points have been established after the New Year holidays.
French fashion designer Sophie Young has decided to use unwanted holiday trees to produce sexy lingerie sets.
Sophie noted that after the holidays, thousands of coniferous trees will not go to waste, but will receive a new life as seductive sets.
The manufacturing company described the material obtained from pine needles as artificial cellulose fiber, with one caveat: natural material is used to produce such fabric.
This eco-friendly underwear, according to the designer himself, allows more air to pass through and is more hygienic. Since the fabric contains natural fibers, underwear made from this material is able to absorb more moisture, compared to cotton fabrics, which helps keep pathogens at bay.
In addition, environmentally friendly non-toxic dyes are used to dye each item of linen, as a result of which such linen does not cause any allergic reactions and is suitable for everyone without exception.
A new eco-friendly line of pine needle underwear is produced in Tunisia and France. The production process of such underwear is truly exciting and interesting.
In the first stage, the wood is treated with enzymes. During the treatment, the wood turns into a thick mass, from which the fibers are then easily extracted (this process takes several days).
In the second stage, all the fibers obtained in the first stage are wound into a ball, which is then used in the traditional process of turning the threads first into fabric, and then into sexy lingerie.
This process of French production of underwear has shown itself to be the best, noted the representative of the manufacturing company.
The developers themselves are confident that in such underwear every woman will feel like a true queen.
